I recently purchased an IBUYPOWER PC equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 5000 Series processor and AMD Radeon RX 6400 graphics card. This prebuilt PC met all the specs I was looking for at a decent price point. I wished that it came with a bit more ram, but the 8GB it came with was the minimum I was looking for.

Purchased as a birthday present for my 9yo son to game (Roblox, Minecraft mainly). He LOVES it. Setup s fairly easy. Minor hiccup with GPU, but tech support through manufacturer helped me troubleshoot. I have little computer knowledge but was able to follow along to get it working

Really good for if you are trying to get a starter pc the only thing I'm not a big fan of is the power supply cover it makes it difficult when working on upgrading the PC but other than that it's a great product

Great product runs fast Cheaper compared to the other ones but great pc

Can't add dual monitor without buying extra parts. Sometimes glitches when running 2 apps at the same time (Discord while playing a game). Besides this, good quality for someone starting out.

It is very fast and boots up very quickly. It was on sale and meets my needs and then some.

Got this for my brother since he is disabled he needed something to keep him occupied. Its exactly what he needed. The design is increcible and the lights are awesome! This pc had everything that was suitable for whay he needed without having to build one and at an amazing price! Qay to go best buy!

I got a decent deal on this PC. I was just getting back into the PC world, and I thought Why not? The only thing I regret is that it's not DDR5. But regardless, I did a few upgrades, and this thing does exceptionally well with anything I throw its way. A nice starter PC that allows for some upgrades.

Very efficient and powerful. I LOVE being able to customize all of the colors. It is silent when it is on and keyboard and mouse are awesome. We got it on a sale, best day for a Best Buy trip.

Just got this new pc and it’s amazing and easy to install

Bought this computer recently and completly crapped out just after the 15 day return period. Literally could not tur. The comouter back on. Luckily if I had not putchased the extended warranty I'd be out a lot of money. The computer itself when it was operational was perfect. Easy to set up. Great graphics, im just disappointed that I paid for a 3 year extended warranty and had to use it in less than 30 days. Im not sure if this was a fluke, a surge, or poor quality in hardware. My advice. . . Stay away from this computer unless you buy the extended warranty.

I bought a PC from Best Buy for my son to get into PC gaming, and it is a great starting and proce point for anyone interested in getting into it. Solid starter PC runs his games well, and no issues setting up.

This PC certainly isn't the worst purchase I've ever made, but it's definitely not the best, and you are probably better off buying parts and putting something else together. The okay amount of ram and subpar GPU make this PC impractical for any kind of gaming or deskwork. It is fortunately not too difficult to upgrade, but if you want to play anything other than solitaire, you will definitely have to change at least the GPU. I went with the Intel ARC A580, which has served as a great budget card. Honestly, you may as well build a better budget PC rather than purchasing this one. It's not terrible, but you can do better with your money.

For the price you can’t go wrong. GPU could’ve been a better one though. Other than that I have no complains about this PC. The case is sturdy and looks great. All in all, great budget pre built.

Go home and the visual ports did not work. Took the computer back to the store and the exchange was seamless. Got home, set computer up for 10 year old and the setup was so smooth. Definitely a great setup for a beginner.

Runs good but when I first purchased the computer it wasn’t working at all thankfully my brother figured out certain key components where not working at all spend 150 replacing the broken pieces but after that it ran great.

It was decent but I'd see tearing every now and then while playing games. Just not powerful enough for me personally, so I decided to look for something else. I really loved the RGB lighting, it's significantly better than it looks on the actual image.
