Excellent PC to begin with. Arrived fairly quick and set up was easy.

I really liked the PC, it has good components and is very easy to use and very intuitive, not to mention the price.

I know nothing about pcs but i did my research since i didnt want to spend over 1k on a pc to play like two games. So far ive downloaded like 3, valorant, fortnite, roblox. All work good and the pc is so quiet i cant hear it at all. It works really well and has good graphics. Good for beginner and you can upgrade as you go along. If you are looking for a starter pc this is the one :)

Recently got this as I needed an upgrade, It's been able to run every game I've tried from Fortnite to Call of Duty.

This is a great first gaming computer. Easy to work with and iBuyPower is very responsive when I needed help.

So far so good! Got this for my son's birthday, and he loves it.

I bought this product a few months ago for school; my laptop is not powerful enough to run all of the editing programs that I need for school. So far the product is working better than I expected, I can download all of the required programs and even download a few games to lighten the heavy load on my laptop.

Good pc I just wish it had more ram just come with one

I purchased this gaming PC for my son for Christmas. Right out of the box the PC would not show up on the screen. I did all of the things i could do, multiple cables, screens, ports etc. Called Christmas day but they were not open (understandable). I then called the next day and sat on hold for 20 minutes, finally decided to leave a voice-mail as that is the only choice. I did not get a call that day. The next day I called the minute they opened and sat on hold for 5 minutes only to get my call dropped. Called again and waited for 10 more minutes then gave up. They finally called later the second day. The PC had a RAM error code. They told me to try each RAM in each of the slots and hope that one works. They then said they can't wait to see if it works a left me to it. Either way the only option was replacement. No offer for parts shipped or anything. We returned and ordered an HP direct from HP.

Was a Christmas gift for my son. Upon initial hook up, the monitor was showing no signal. I couldn’t reach customer service and the AI bots keep closing out the chat without helping. Finally reached out to the manufacturer and hopefully they will send me a new RAM. Come to find out the sent me a pc with a defect RAM.

Good way to introduce your kid to the pc lifestyle. Easy set up basically plug and play.

It is good but one ram stick was broken so that is a 2 star

Arrived pretty quickly. Was a breeze to setup with just bit of confusion on how to turn on because I didn't look at the quick setup guide like a fool. Currently waiting for it to finish setting up but seems to run fin so far.

I got this Rig for my wife and it's not bad for her first PC. It has a ryzen 5 5500 cpu's and a B550 MB can not remember the brand. I had a rtx2060 and a MSI 650 psu sitting around so i swapped thoes out with the stocked GPU and PSU.
