This unit ships with a motherboard that I can't even call "functional." It can handle heavy load tasks like gaming just fine; but lower-load tasks with occasional power demand spikes (like web browsing, streaming video) will cause the system to abruptly restart itself. Almost no amount of debugs or minor component replacements will work. iBUYPOWER's customer service will leave you high and dry. If you diagnose the problem on your own (like I did, eventually), and submit an RMA request, they'll just ghost you (which they've done to me, twice.) Don't buy this unit, don't buy from the brand in general.

i just got this pc two days ago and set everythjng up and made sure everything was up-to-date. i then download beamng and r6, i then start up beamng and it immediately freezes and i have to reset my computer. i load back up into the game and the audio is completely bugged and sounds very muffled, same thing on rainbow six siege. aslo every time I load up a game it runs like absolute dog water and if I close the game and restart it, my computer will freeze again and sometimes won’t even let me force restart from the power button. all in all this was my first PC but may be my last. Absolute terrible experience with IBUYPOWER pc’s.

The product was returned. Saw a lot of good reviews, so I bought it. Might have got one of the few bad ones in the store. Had troubles with pretty much everything related to the motherboard. Ethernet would disconnect randomly, as well as mouse & keyboard. Headset would hear scratchy noise and mic would not work sometimes. Note that everything is plugged in using USB except the ethernet cable. Headset, ethernet cable, keyboard, and mouse, working just fine when tested with my 5 years old Asus laptop. To top it off, blue screen 4 times during the 10 days period.

Quit around 10 months after purchase. BestBuy geeksquad refused to help on 11/3/2025. It is the 2nd pc ive purchased from them where they refused service/repair/replacement. First being a 3k asus rog laptop the promised full support on. They lied. I would not buy from bestbuy ever.

AIve had mine for 5 months and have a blue screen of death that i now have to shell more money into to fix. Youd be better off buying parts and building your own.

Had nothing but issues since I bought it. Blue screen crashes, drivers missing then 3 months in it died, Motherboard and Processor needed replacing. Not sure if its rubbish components or i got a lemon from them. Will definitely never buy another PC from them

Just got this pc a few days ago and man it runs great. This is probably the best prebuilt pc that is under $1.5k. I can run very high end games on medium graphics at a stable 240 fps. The only problem with the pc is that it can get very loud depending on what game your running like gta 5 for example. If ur going to have alot of stuff on this pc i recomend upgrading the storage because 1 tb is not alot.

Amazing computer after a couple of upgrades. For a gaming computer the included RAM was a little light to run heavy hitter games such as Call of Duty and ARMA Reforger. however, after upgrading to 32GB of RAM the computer runs perfectly. Would also suggest getting another SSD to put in it. 1TB is a lot but not if you're putting a lot of games on it.

I am really excited for my new PC. I bought it for video editing and post photo work on Luminar NEO! So far I am amazed! Easy set up, super fast, Blazing internet speed and great quality! Not a bunch of extra apps I don't want like other PC's that I have uninstall.

Love the device overall! Its a massive overhaul from what my last pc was, and in general is REALLY great! I love everything about it. From the performance on gameplay. To the quality of videos It can render. Its amazing how they made this PC do such wonderful things.

Amazing deal for a great PC only 1000$ for a Ryzen 7 8700, a 4060 Ti, and 32GB of DDR5 is crazy. The PC works great and isn't loud at all.
