The ram was not seated properly, but that was easy enough to fix. The only other issue I've had is with windows 11.

It was easy to set up, run smoothly and constantly.

Does anyone know how i set up dual monitors? searched up videos but the hdmi port and the gpu port dont work to set up for me

It’s a very nice set up. It’s a little small for some games. Need a little more upgrading done to it to get a better product out of it other than that yes, it’s a good system.

i just got this pc two days ago and set everythjng up and made sure everything was up-to-date. i then download beamng and r6, i then start up beamng and it immediately freezes and i have to reset my computer. i load back up into the game and the audio is completely bugged and sounds very muffled, same thing on rainbow six siege. aslo every time I load up a game it runs like absolute dog water and if I close the game and restart it, my computer will freeze again and sometimes won’t even let me force restart from the power button. all in all this was my first PC but may be my last. Absolute terrible experience with IBUYPOWER pc’s.

The product was returned. Saw a lot of good reviews, so I bought it. Might have got one of the few bad ones in the store. Had troubles with pretty much everything related to the motherboard. Ethernet would disconnect randomly, as well as mouse & keyboard. Headset would hear scratchy noise and mic would not work sometimes. Note that everything is plugged in using USB except the ethernet cable. Headset, ethernet cable, keyboard, and mouse, working just fine when tested with my 5 years old Asus laptop. To top it off, blue screen 4 times during the 10 days period.

This unit ships with a motherboard that I can't even call "functional." It can handle heavy load tasks like gaming just fine; but lower-load tasks with occasional power demand spikes (like web browsing, streaming video) will cause the system to abruptly restart itself. Almost no amount of debugs or minor component replacements will work. iBUYPOWER's customer service will leave you high and dry. If you diagnose the problem on your own (like I did, eventually), and submit an RMA request, they'll just ghost you (which they've done to me, twice.) Don't buy this unit, don't buy from the brand in general.

Too many bluescreens It was crashing so much But it was alright

AIve had mine for 5 months and have a blue screen of death that i now have to shell more money into to fix. Youd be better off buying parts and building your own.

Quit around 10 months after purchase. BestBuy geeksquad refused to help on 11/3/2025. It is the 2nd pc ive purchased from them where they refused service/repair/replacement. First being a 3k asus rog laptop the promised full support on. They lied. I would not buy from bestbuy ever.
