missing screws

Runs well but two issues while packed well some Styrofoam was melted to the bottom on the shroud above the PSU and the two screws that are supposed to hold the GPU in place were missing which was noticed after removing the instapack due to rattling when I picked the case up. No loose screws otherwise

The problem happened randomly when I turned on my pc. I got a blue screen saying choose an option the options did not work. None of them. We are now taking it in to see if they can fix it.
