My son is in love with this PC he received for Christmas. Set up was a breeze. My son is 8 and gets around very well on this PC. I would not purchase the geek squad plan again. The morning after Christmas I called Geek Squad to help set up my Webroot Software Protection I kept getting people from out of the country with a really thick accent I would not allow them access to my computer or give them any information that is how uncomfortable it was.

Amazing build, haven’t had any issues with it at all, runs games on ultra and doesn’t struggle at all. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an issue with the first computer. The instructions in the box are not correct and it was missing cords. But ibuypower and best buy had good customer support. The second computer was easy to set up. It is the fastest computer I have ever owned. I would buy another.

I honestly love this pc. I’ve had it since May of this year and it hasn’t let me down. It looks beautiful and runs my games really well.

So far no issues. Been playing and hosting games like Icarus, Ready or Not, Greenhell, BF2042 all pf which i have seen no throttling or graphics scale down. All run as expected and fluid. Had to find something as a stop gap while parts were ordered for my main PC and this one worked out well. No sight of the old bloatware FW on load or in the system. Seems like it is stock OS and standard FW unlike the past iterations od "Custom Line" builds

Fantastic gaming PC! The set up is very easy, the customizations rock, all around a great choice for a great deal.

This isnt what i came in looking for but man, i got upsold on this thing. It is a beast of a pre-built. Super fast loading games, easy to navigate i can run rust at extreme graphics, hearthstone and rocket league with no issues. If you are looking for a prebuilt gaming pc this is a monster. 1k price tag is a little steep but its got all you need. Best Buy guy that sold me thank you.

Just got this last week while it was on a black friday sale and wow, this was a sweet deal. For 699 i got the 4060 and i5 14400f set up with 16 gb ram and a fast 1 tb ssd to boot. Its performed nicely on all games ive loaded onto it even with ray tracing turned on. Its super quiet and doesnt consume a lot of power because of the 4060. Cant be more happy with my purchase.

This was an upgrade for my son! His previous pc wasn’t able to handle what he was playing and streaming! He has this one for a year now he is pleased with the space and speed! The bundle gifts were great too!

Great pc, haven’t had any issue, i usually build pc but seeing how this was on sale for a great price, i decided to buy one for my son, from the looks of it, good name brand parts on the main parts that gets the pc running but cheap china parts on fan, ram, etc… this pc is good enough to run almost any game at 1080p medium/high quality Would recommend if you’re on a budget or don’t care about graphics and just wants to play video games

I bought my iBUYPOWER PC from Best Buy, and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my gaming setup. The build quality is outstanding—every component is carefully installed, and it performs like a dream. What really impressed me was how simple the setup process was; the included guide made it hassle-free, even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. Kudos to Best Buy for carrying such a great product and making the purchase experience seamless!

Overall, great PC. I don't play many games but it can handle anything I throw at it with ease. Love the performance when it boots up, instant. Great for any task, I recommend.

Went in looking to up grade my grandsons gamming computer was cheaper to buy this computer with better graphics faster and more memorie so glad i was directed to this . Best choice i made .

Pc works great havent had any problems with any of the games ive played on it and easy tobset up

This was a gift to my grandson and to date he has enjoyed the gaming response it offers and has it at university with him. He's going on five years I believe and has not had any problems. I recently purchased another system similar for his brother.

Thus far, a great machine. Easy to set up out of the box, easy-to-reach and conscientious support personnel, and great performance so far, especially for the cost.

Awesome computer for the price! I also just bought a y60 liquid cooled pc and it's so fast. I have known of this company for years and when looking into building my own honestly it was cheaper to buy a prebuilt I have to say this will probably be a company I will buy pc's from if I need another!
