Where's customer service. Screws were malformed. And it was hard to get to the power supply

I am unable to activate Windows. It gives me an error code 0xC004F211. I returned one pc earlier and exchanged it for the same one and still have the same issue. Someone, please help or explain!

Amazing new pc for gaming. It can run all the games I play with high fps, no stutters, and no lag. I can play games that range from as simple as Roblox, to as complex as cyberpunk 2077. In creative mode Fortnite u can get up to 500 fps. But I do recommend upgrading cpu and ram.

Bout this on black friday weekend for my sons Christmas gift! Tbh im really impressed on how smooth it runs. It does only have 1 stick of ddr5 but atm for my son itll last him a long while. Plenty of room to upgrade aswell! I was alittle worried about the temps with the cpu but stays cool. Played ark an didnt have an issue.

The last gaming PC I purchased was one that I put together myself back in 2012. Altogether, I paid around $1,000 for it. Even at the time of building it, the CPU (i3-4160) was way underpowered compared to the graphics card (GTX 960 2GB). I had fun building it and it served me well, but I always felt like it could be way better, even while staying within budget. I purchased my current iBuyPower PC at Best Buy earlier this month. 12 years later, I paid $900 for a gaming PC that I am 100% happy with. I know that the i5-14400f and RTX 4060 combo has its critics, but I am very satisfied with the performance. Being able to play current gen games at Ultra/Max settings at 60fps is all I want and this system does it. Not only did I get what I wanted, but I paid $100 less for it, 12 years later. I will always look at iBuyPower and BestBuy in the future.
