For the money this is a really nice PC. Best Buy was easy to work with. Service staff was helpful and friendly helping me pick the right PC for my needs.

Nothing but problems since i bought it im September its thanksgiving now. Hard drive blew in October, even with the new harddrive i upgraded and replaced it restarts for no reason, reinstalled windows/drivers fresh, checked all the wiring, about to replace power core or throw it out a window or back to best buy see if they can fix it.. i should have just built my own, suggest you do the same. When it works its cool and runs game great tho, i know my problems probably rare but its been annoying and quite a hassle.

Awesome prebuilt PC! Bought and delivered from Best Buy, got an amazing deal for $750 along with some gift cards to get some great specs for the price (Ryzen 7600 and 7600s) - Desktop looks great and includes a bunch of easy-to-use Asus accessories and software included. Much easier setup and use than another brand I ended up returning due to poor Wi-Fi performance and other issues.

I deeply regret purchasing the iBUYPOWER Scale Gaming Desktop (AMD Ryzen 5 7600, AMD Radeon RX 7600, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD). After just 14 months—barely two months past the one-year warranty—this computer completely failed. It powers on with lights, but there’s no display signal, and the USB ports don’t power my keyboard or mouse. This is unacceptable for a gaming PC marketed for performance, especially since I used it less than 20 times in the past 12 months.I chose iBUYPOWER, hoping a lesser-known brand would deliver value. Instead, I’m left with a $1,000+ paperweight. I contacted Best Buy, and their representative scheduled an appointment to assess the computer for repairs or replacement parts. They also mentioned that once repaired, I could trade it in for a new computer, possibly from another brand. This feels like a sneaky extortion tactic—fix a subpar product just to push me into buying another one. If iBUYPOWER or Best Buy know these computers have a 50/50 chance of failing after 14 months, they should be honest: either sell a quality product or clearly warn customers with a “buy at your own risk” disclaimer or a strong recommendation to purchase an extended warranty because “you’ll definitely need it.” Some transparency would go a long way for customers.The timing of the failure, right after the warranty expired, feels suspicious and suggests poor quality control. If repairs require new parts, this further proves iBUYPOWER’s lack of durability, and Best Buy should cover the costs given the circumstances. If they push back, they need to take it up with iBUYPOWER. To anyone considering an iBUYPOWER PC: steer clear. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a more established brand known for reliability and better customer support. I wish I had chosen a trusted name like HP or Dell instead of taking a chance on iBUYPOWER. iBUYPOWER advertises “superior reliability” with professional assembly and quality components, but my experience proves their claims are far from reality. I'm smelling bait and switch here in regards to reliability. I wouldn't be having any issues if i had used this computer everyday 8hrs a day and it craps out like this. ZERO complaints from me if that were the case.

Great pc for 1080p gaming. This is hard to beat for the value
