Overall very good pre-built been playing on it for about 3 weeks now and overall a good product the gpu and cpu are both very good as well future proof so I won’t be needing to be upgrading any time soon recommend highly for gaming.

Was delivered a day early. Product was packaged properly and securely. Nothing was damaged and the machine looks great!!! Specially once you change the stock RGBs. It runs all games I've tried at 1440p on Ultra settings. I am very happy with this purchase!

When it arrived it had a cabe unplugged but been working great afterwards.

The CPU and motherboard seemed to work exceptionally well. Cooling is kind of a joke on this unit "seriously it got up to 100 degrees celsius at certain points and YES I could feel the heat difference in the room even though I was just using it to download a game off steam" HOWEVER I bought 2 different versions of THIS exact model and both times the GPU was the major flaw. Horrible stutters , barely performing well , and struggling to out perform a LAPTOP 3060 side by side. I really wish this GPU had worked because over all it was a good price for all the parts "would have been like 2200 overall if I bought everything myself"

Great gaming computer! Graphics card could be better, but great for the money!

I'm having issue with it not even a year yet. And my GPU will be disable during gameplay or watching videos.

Arrived with a dead GPU, had to pay packing for shipping for the RMA to fix something that never should have left their company in that condition. I would have thought it was a great PC if they wouldn’t have left me with no GPU for a few weeks (from something that could have been easily caught if they did build testing.) Disappointed, I’ve had a friend before that was happy with his build (until the RGB strips in his PC fell apart.)

I was very excited to get this computer. My old ones graphics card officially went out after years of use. Unfortunately this product as much as I want to say it’s good, I wouldn’t know. I got it, turned it on and it wouldn’t work. I then spent 6 hours trying to diagnose it myself and with the help of a tech personal friend of mine. Just to find out the graphics is damaged, along with the PCie slot for the card. Most likely through delivery but non the less it’s very upsetting. I get it to turn on only if I lift the card up with something supporting it, and even then it craps out on me randomly. There is also 0 compensation other then geek squad and Ibuypower telling you it’ll take 3-4 weeks to repair or a ticket at the store to get another computer to replace it. I’m very disappointed in this product.

My PC arrived yesterday and runs at 20 FPS, there is something very wrong. I do not recommend it, I will return it.

Amazing performance for price. I tried a bunch of different games after I bought this and everything ran great. WoW, Apex Legends, Last of Us Remastered, FFXIV, etc. were all getting amazing FPS at 1080p and surprisingly good FPS at 1440p. The comments about the fan noise are true, however I was able to fix this by using the free FanControl app from Github. It was able to detect all fans including the GPU fans and I customized a fan curve to be much more quiet when temps are low. The only minor critique I have is that the GPU was sagging slightly when I set up the computer. I was able to fix this by buying a GPU sag bracket from Amazon for $6. Mine came with an ASUS Prime B650 MB, ASUS Prime 750w power supply, XFX triple fan GPU, AGI 2TB NVMe, Geil Orion 5200 MHz DDR5 2x16GB, and iBuyPower case fans and 240mm AIO.

I will make this quick. First one I received would not turn on. So I returned for a new one. Second one worked well at first with great graphics for 5 days with high fps in the mid 250’s sometimes even higher. Then after the 5th day could not get frames over 20 and all my games would either not open or crash upon starting. I tried removing re installing all the updates you could think of. Nothing worked. So I had to return sadly.

Unboxing and setup were quite easy. I added a 2Tb nvme ssd and a 2Tb ssd. I'll be using the pc mainly to digitize my parents pics and vhs tapes as well as having my electric drumset connected to it. I've had it for 2 weeks now and it's been working fine. RGB is being tempermental but it's not affecting performance. I'll be swapping out the ram for something with a bit more muscle next month. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

really good PC. Fans are louder than my last computer but thats normal for an AIO to be louder
