Good machine as starter pc for my kids..works well easy setup—one minor flaw but not BestBuy issue was one light bar on ram stick was detached but snapped right back on no issue.

Does have spots for larger hard drives only ssds on the back and the cords it comes with are no where near close to long enough to reach

Powerfull enough for what I use it for. Has plenty of room for upgrade and the cooling fans seems to help keeping it cool.

This ASUS gaming PC has been extremely disappointing. The system constantly freezes for 1–2 seconds during both gaming and normal use. The screen does not go black, but everything stutters — mouse clicks become unresponsive, typing is delayed, and even the audio cuts in and out. The issue becomes worse under GPU load (for example, when launching Valorant or running a stress test). I completely removed and reinstalled the GPU drivers using DDU, but the problem still persists. This appears to be a hardware stability issue, possibly related to the power supply or GPU. For a “gaming” PC, this level of instability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product.

Works very well and is great for the price. The keyboard and mouse are also very nice.

I booted this up, immediately downloaded the required updates along with Valorant and was very disappointed by the performance. I could not get through the training mode. I only used the approved software on a 120HZ monitor. This thing crashed multiple times when trying to run the game on minimal graphic settings. I have finally given up after a month of deciding whether to upgrade it or not. Gets another star for having a keyboard, mouse, and nice RGB settings to set up! Planning to return asap.

Purchased PC on 12/19/2025, just open PC does not power on, Took back to Best BUY they provide Zero support! spent 1K plus taxes to find out now im on my own to fix this junk! Worst place to buy electronics!

Bought the first one and BSOD after 24 hours.. had it replaced and the second did the same after a week. I dont know whats going on but i definitely wasnt anything i installed or did. I say poor computer.

recieved 2 defective units, before switching & upgrading to an Acer.

Had an odor to it for 3 weeks and was very hot. Returned.

Does not work to play games, have to return to store to be assessed

This hunk of junk isn't worth the price. Serious lag on the simplest of games like Roblox. Do not buy this piece of it for any reason.

Works really well, only issue I’ve had is with some of the RGB not lighting up correctly

This computer does exactly what I need it to do. When we first set it up we had to tigten some of the internal plugs but thats pretty normal with transportation.

Paid $1200 for this. Chrome will not open. Only game that works is Roblox. Best Buy support said the problem with Chrome not working is with Chrome and Valorant not working is also bcz the game? Happy to update this review if I can get more than 1 game to play.
