    I bought it for my grandson and as soon as he starts playing a game it keeps shutting down and back on I am taking it back to see if they can figure out what the problem is

    I am having alot of problems with this. The video keeps freezing saying something about a clock error. Thank god I bought a warranty.

    It's been a month I bought it. For now it's working pretty great for a performance. No lagging, smoothly running everything. I've tried games like cyberpunk, FC25 and so and they all runs smooth. Tried editing with DaVinchi and Blender, no lag or problems running heavy apps. Great in multitasking. I might amend my review if I feel like it's giving me some sort of problems. But for now it's great

    Geek squad tested my computer to determine issue. The issue could not be repaired without cost. The employee helped my grandson build his computer. He made sure the parts came in and was delivered to Geek squad. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Vey impressive employees at the store and Geek sqad at the Paducah, Ky store
