I’ve had this for about a month now and i love it. It’s my first pc coming from a gaming laptop & im so glad i made the right choice. super fast , great graphics and it handles multitasking very well. highly recommended.

This is my very first pc and I just love it so much! It’s so fast, loading times are none existent, and overall it’s a great pc to start off with!

The PC is super-fast and had an easy set up. It's worth every penny spent.

Runs good but came with bugs. Top audio jacks do not work Back panel audio jacks sound like they run thru a fan, which is definitely a software bug. Games DO NOT run at the FPS listed on the website. I have excellent internet speed and am running games between 40-70 FPS if I am lucky. Lastly, more specific to best buy, I was given a monitor that had half the power of the one I selected because they were "out" of the monitor I requested even though it had stock online. I was never compensated for that.

I got my PC as a gift and I couldn't be happier with it. The PC itself is high quality and the assembly was top-notch, everything came organized in the box with easy directions. The set up was also very easy and straightforward, I encountered no issues. I will for sure be being from this brand again!

Extremely fast, great graphics in game, microsoft ai was an amazing suprise that is so helpful. love the rgb colors on everything!

Completly floored by how much computer this is! I was looking at mini PC’s and tried 4 from A@&$zon and every single one broke within 2 weeks 2 on the same day i got them! Had to wait 30 days for a return from them…. So aftwr 6 months of trying to give them my money Best Buy shows up and completly destroys any value that company has. Best Buy’s people and customer service (except Athens Ga location…horrible management great staff) are what makes them by far the best resource i know of for tech!

The computer runs great out of the box just had to update the drivers and it was ready to go. Although the fans are a bit loud I plan on purchasing new fans.

Got this PC for my wife and she’s loves it she uses it for gaming and haven’t had any problem running any games at all! She even uses it for work and other little projects and no issues at all

Super easy to set up exactly what I wanted and runs any game I’ve played easily… sons of the forest 2 doom eternal good and looks good

It’s been a little over a month and the PC runs great. It handles most of what I normally did on my other pc but faster and better. I will say I do have a problem with the region lock time for this computer. I can’t change it to central because it says I’m not a administrator .But the problem is when I get a message from discord it read at 2 hours ago but I know the message only was sent because of the beep. And for Steam when I hit tab it says i have been on a game for 2 hours when that’s not the case. For school work it also tells my professor I went 2 hours over but I’ve shown proof that that is not the case. Other than that it’s a great upgrade from what I had before.

The sales associate was very nice. When I had an issue with the PC the staff was quick to fix it for me. The PC itself is amazing for the price.

Honestly a great machine, almost perfect. I upgraded to windows 11pro. Very impressed with this brand. I actually got 2, an i7 and an i5. Both just solid ,fast machines
