I purchased my computer at bestbuy and got it home. I followed the set up instructions and could not get the computer to start. Long story short it did not come with windows pre programed as promised. I had to get a USB and do it myself. It was pretty frustrating for someone who doesn't know a lot about computers and was expecting to just plug it in and get everything set up right away, instead it took much longer. Another thing it is doing right now is every time the power gets shut off, computer shuts down improperly it will black screen and then need to get to the repair screen on start up. This was all happening for the first week but lately it does seem to be working better. Fingers crossed I am up and running now because everything else is great.

This PC has been a great purchase. Has handled everything I've thrown at it, no problems in 4k. I did upgrade the RAM 64gb.

Very fast! All good hardware wise. MicroSoft 11 Home is less than desirable. I keep getting ads that interfere with my work. That part sucks. All else is very good

This computer is excellent for gaming - the graphics chip has no lag - response time is instant

I have been impressed by this PC abilities to handle AAA title games. Very reliable and great frame rates on games like RDR2 and Dayz, even capable of 4k but better suited for 1440p gaming.

Easy set up! I see that some complained about the fan noise but it has not been a problem for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I have had it only a few weeks.

Best purchase i made for a PC in a long time. Runs smooth and not issues roght out of the box

PC works well, and runs fast. I've had no issues with it while using it for work projects or video games. The only (minor) complaint is with the "MSI center" and it's components are CONSTANTLY updating (seems like every launch.)

I love this PC, haven't had any issues with any games so far, and I play some newer games like Baldur's Gate 3, MW2, and Fortnite. I also have streamed a couple of times and haven't had any issues. Great bang for your buck.

Good graphics for playing online my son loves it he brags about the realism in the game. He plays so much

Works great! It’s the top of the line by any means but absolutely does what it needs to do!

Its battery life is insane. I use it for weeks at a time without it needing a charge

The fans are a little loud but outside of that it’s perfect fro my first pc.

Works like should. I been playing avowed and a few other newer games and they all look amazing.

Works great ready to play out the box keyboard is nice and overall looks really good in my setup.

So far its awesome for a prebuilt pc no struggles on highest settings for d4 and other AAA games would recommend also is capable of VR with quest3 to steam not much more to say pretty powerful and the LEDs are pretty

So far this computer is working wonderfully. We haven’t had any issues as of yet.
