This PC (I mean MAchine) is a beast. I am loving it, it's a great product. The only negative, is I wish it would have can with more addon software.

I was super excited to get this computer after my last one died 7 months ago. It works beautifully and can handle streaming and mid-level games with ease!

I purchased this PC (Slate 8 Mesh, SMI7N4601) in December 2024. The configuration is great: Core i7, RTX 4060, 32GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe — excellent value for gaming and productivity. However, after just a few months of normal use, the system completely shut down during gameplay and refused to power back on. When pressing the power button, I only get a clicking sound and a brief RGB flash — no boot, no fans, nothing. I brought it to Best Buy for inspection. They confirmed the issue is most likely a failed power supply unit (PSU) — and based on research, this is a common weak point in this model. It appears iBUYPOWER uses a low-tier PSU that can’t handle even moderate long-term load. Unfortunately, there was no option for a quick replacement — just a 4+ week wait for warranty processing. No loaner, no swap, just “send it in and wait”. It’s disappointing that a system with such solid components is held back by one cheap and failure-prone part. Bottom line: This PC performs well — until it doesn’t. Be prepared to replace the PSU yourself or go without a working system for a month. Great specs, but serious reliability concerns.

I love it, it's lightning fast and settup was a breeze

It's a beautiful PC. It looks amazing with the transparent case and internal lights, mostly I'm impressed with the performance though.

Been a great asset to have, can do everything from gaming on it to school work and i haven't had any problems with it at all.

Had it for bout a week mind u my first pc ever its ben really good.Make sure u have those attenas on i was stressing for bout 3 days cause my download speed was shi. Also if u have spectrum get those pod thingys and get u an Ethernet and watch how fast this thing runs so ill update it in boit 3 months but for your first pc for the specs and and everything easloy the besy prebuilt if u dont wanna spend more than 1.2k because if u aint willing to spend that much u aint gonna get a good pc.

Purchased for my son’s 17th bday. He is a gamer and completely satisfied with this system. I love the fact that as he grows in his knowledge of gaming, and streaming that he can add to the hardware. I honestly feel like I made a good investment with this purchase. This the first month but again very pleased

This PC seems to be able to handle any game while maintaining great performance

Purchased for iRacing with a triple monitor setup. I knew nothing about computers but knew I would need something a little more “built” to handle iRacing. This computer is amazing! Used with 32 inch Asud monitors.
