    The computer seemed to work well until I tried to activate Windows as prompted. No Windows key was included in the documentation and when I tried to retrieve the key using the CMD prompt, Windows tells me that it is not a valid Windows key. Luckily, I am within the return window, otherwise I would have to buy Windows 11 to use the computer. Very disappointed in Ibuypower.
