It started out great. I loved my new pc, I paid 1250 for it and it was an upgrade over my old pc from 4 years ago. It only came with 4060 which is less then my 3070ti I have in old pc. But it came with better cpu and looked better built then one I have from nzxt. But on day 7 I get on it to play, it freezes. I turn it off and then it just turns on and off over and over again. No way a pc only 7 days old should do that. My four year old pc still works and never had an issue. So I took it back and went with omen instead

My son was extremely happy when setting up this computer. During setup we noticed it was taking longer and had to restart. After getting everything situated and powering the unit down for the night the next day more issues occurred. Got the blue screen which we powered down again and then the computer seems to work. Then again the screen off death happens again so I returned the computer and decided to stay away from this brand.

It's been 23 days and it's dead. Won't boot . RGB lights come on. Keyboard lights , mouse light and display won't register. Computer just cycles after 20 secs of being on and then turns off. I'm technically past the 15 day return policy. I will be attempting to exchange it tomorrow . Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money spent. $1,264.

Not a good pc. On my second one currently and the mic jack on both the top and back does not work. Company said it is a hardware issue with the motherboard. My first issue was getting microsoft to activate and the activation key was 'not valid'. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was ripped off. The components advertised were NOT the components included. For instance, I thought I'd get a decent Nvidia graphics card. Instead, there was an Asus graphics card installed. I blame iBUYPOWER, not Best Buy. iBUY put the machine together. They are scamming Best Buy and their customer base. I quickly returned the computer.

I was really disappointed when I brought this home. It didn't work from the start. I hooked everything up and couldn't get the display to work. I spent 4 hours troubleshooting just to find out that the motherboard was faulty. Definitely returning. The reviews for this product are really deceiving.

My new gaming pc purchased Nov 2024 just shut off April 30, 2025, while gaming and won’t turn back on. Hasn’t even been one year. After reviewing their company, found out ibuypower cheaps out on many components and their pre-built pcs break often. Ibuyproblems should be their name.

This was not a good purchase. Installing Windows was unnecessarily convoluted. The fans are obnoxiously loud. None of my peripherals work this PC. I regret spending $1000+ on this system and will never purchase another iBUYPOWER desktop again.

It has crashed consistently regardless of activity since day 1. Wouldn't reccomend. Went back to geek squad they said it was fine but it just keeps crashing since day one.

It wont even let me download epic games launcher it keep saying bad image can someone please help

I bought it, and it worked great for the first 4 days, and then it went to start PC one morning and got nothing but, blue screen of death and ended up returning

I bought this computer on Aug 25th. On Sept 12th, the PSU failed and went up in smoke for no reason. I wasnt playing an intensive game when it happened and didn't have many programs open (only Steam, Discord, Spotify, and my G-Hub app). No idea what caused it but very disappointed.

It gave me the blue screen of death within not even a month of having it I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked at all I’m gunna go replace it so I will update this review after that but until then it stays a 1 ⭐️ and if it happens again I’m gunna just leave it as a 1 ⭐️

This pc is very slow. Frames keep dropping. Don’t recommend.

The machine was pre-installed with an inactivated version of Windows. Had to return it due to defect. Also, ran into lots of issues during initial setup which required many factory resets.

ordered from iBUYPOWER for the first time and honestly was surprised at how good there PC’s were. Had no problem with delivery or shipping. Customer service was very helpful and decently responsive. The PC that I got was the Slate 8 MESH Gaming Desktop PC - Intel Core i7 14700F - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB - 32GB DDR5 RAM - 1TB NVMe - Black. I’ve got to say this pc exceeded my expectations as far as performance and quality goes. Ran it through many different games, especially the harder games and the PC ran those games like a champ even on the highest settings. Overall great experience, no complaints what so ever!

Computer wont stay connected to internet says connected but not internet

The experience was enriching and I'm very satisfied with my product. It runs great and it looks awesome. I'm also happy with the new mouse and keyboard I also received with it. They also work very well. The price was quite affordable and I would be more than willing to return in the future.
