Tried to play five m an my graphics wouldn’t load up then I tried to factory reset it an it blacked out

Got it only a few days ago, and it's by far the best rig I've had. With the ability to run extreme games like Beam.NG Drive at Ultra at a smooth 120 FPS, It's an insane computer for a GREAT price, that rarely lags. I WOULD rate it 5 stars, but when you get it, it's a little difficult to open since the instructions don't tell you.

This PC runs very smoothly, only issue is the base fan speed, but I changed that in my bios, and now it's quiet! the customization, graphics and overall speed is excellent!

Absolutely love this pc, especially comparing the price point to other similar options in pre-builts. Setup was a breeze, I didn't find a lot of bloat on it like some others (Dell ohboy), it worked perfectly right out of the box. And I loved that they packed the internal components with foam so that nothing could easily slip in shipping. It was so well packaged. My only complaint is it didn't warn (that I could see) that you should keep the box whole on the outside, inside there was a slip recommending to keep the box and packaging in case of needing to do a return. I had to slit the box down the side because of weight lift requirements making it impossible for me or my mum to slide the pc out of the box since it's a really good, tight fit. And oh boy, the ability to customize the lights with so much detail is excellent. I've had pcs in the past that claim you can change the colors, but the software they supply doesn't actually have compatibility with the lights. No problems with this one!

I decided to buy my very first PC this year since I would use an older laptop to game and it would barely give me 10 fps when I played games, and I was sick of it ! I decided to go the prebuilt way since I was completely a beginner and just wanted something simple, and this was perfect ! The directions made it so easy to set up and it was ready to use in less than a day ! It runs even better than I expected !

Exceptional performance, smooth graphics, unbeatable speed!

FYI-- You have to pop the top off then remove the side glass as to remove the foam packaging inside.. I noticed on both of the ones I bought that when I initially booted them up and did all the steps it did not activate my windows product code and the MSI installer that pops up kept having issues/freezing when initially trying to install all the drivers etc... I ended up on both of the computers doing a full factory reset again.. Both times it worked and it recognized and activated the product codes and downloaded the appropriate software.. If you have issues with your windows not activating there are Youtube videos on how to find the location of your windows product key from a factory build computer such as this one.. If you are having trouble with installing drivers etc, you can google intel drivers and other drivers you may need like bluetooth drivers, audio realtek driver etc-just Google it. I use a program called Fan Control V 193 (just google it) to control the fan speed (noise). If you are not familiar with changing the BIOS just download Fan Control.. It will detect 3 fans (CPU, grapics (GPU),, and your case fan (3 fans on front which count as 1 fan).. I reduce my case fans to 30% and increase my CPU (80%) and GPU (60%) fans--since they are not as loud-- Your CPU fan is the most important fan because generally your CPU (Intel i7) is what will get the hottest especially if you are running lots of things at once. I use HWiNFO64 program (google it) to monitor my temperatures and check other data if you are wanting to see how thing effect your computer

I had my Slate 8 mesh for almost a month now, and all I can say is that this machine is more than solid! I game on 1080p, and every game I threw at it so far has been great! I only got one gripe with this thing, though. I recently wanted to change up the RGBs of the motherboard using the MSI Mystic Light to switch up the theme a little bit, and when I changed the color, all of the fan lights turned off! Discluding the CPU fan. I have felt nothing short of frustration about it for the last few days, and I just can’t seem to find a solution to my issue. Everything is plugged in correctly, so it’s not a hardware problem.

We bought this computer in BestBuy following the advise from their consultant as one of the best gaming computers in their shop. My husband's favorite games run without any issues, no overheating thanks to multiple coolers. Overall he is happy with the performance and bright design)) We were pleasantly surprised to see quite sturdy keyboard and mouse in the box as well (we didn't see any communication in the shop). I definitely recommend this computer for the gamers.

This computer its very good for entry to mid level gaming, it can run about everything u throw at it but you WILL have to decide between good fps or good graphics on some games, but even so an amazing pc. Now the second tiny issue which i dont mind are the fans, they are a bit loud when u boot it up, make sure to go to ur bios and try to change the speed. But remember! Sound=good cooling from my experience!!

I recently got this computer 2 days ago. So far, everything is looking super fantastic. The fans are quiet, so they don't bother me much, and it runs pretty well when it comes to playing games. It was also pretty cheap too if you're on a budget. I would recommend this to anyone in my family.

This is a great PC. It shreds every game and app that I throw at it. I have not encountered any lag nor have I encountered overheating. Ther PC itself also looks great with its RGB. The MSI app makes it simple to use.
