Don’t trust overnight delivery
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy guaranteed overnight delivery, didn’t update delivery notes all day, then said the delivery was delayed. When contacted about it, they blamed the carrier and only offered a price match as an apology. The customer service stuck to the same script the whole time and provided no help or other solutions than to sit tight and shut up. I’m sure it’s a totally fine machine, if I ever receive it.

It wouldn’t turn on. We brought it to the Geek Squad at Bestbuy only to be told it needs to be sent out to be fixed. Which it is expected to take 2 1/2 weeks to get back. That is longer than we’ve owned it. Waste of money. I would not recommend.
