With as much as this thing cost i should have any issues with it. The sound doesn’t work at all. You can see the volume moving but no sound at all. So now i have to return my son's gift

I am so sorry to say this but I only got maybe a total of 20 minutes of time on this computer then it crashed, Horrible garbage and horrible customer service

I am a web developer for 20 years working with desk top computers and 4 monitors at a time. A friend suggested a gaming computer would be better both for the speed and the graphics. I bought this last Friday and it was the easiest set-up I have ever had. It used to take days to add all the software and setup needed to do my work. This process was laser fast. Why I didn't do this years ago. The salesperson at BestBuy recommended the best option and the price was a great investment.

I was completely new to PC gaming and was a bit worried going with a prebuilt, but after using this PC for over a month now it truly is amazing! Runs every game I've tried on high graphic settings with no issues, including Triple A titles, and has also been great for photoshop and doing schoolwork. Can't recommend this PC highly enough, and you won't find a prebuilt with these specs for cheaper. Probably the best value buy prebuilt out right now.

Its cool and nice but has a few problems I'm currently getting one sorted out if your not playing video games or doing anything which would heat the CPU up or need a lot of power from the supply then you would be fine but after a few minutes of opening fortnite (its different with other games) but it will run fine for at least one min then will sometimes do weird things but it ends up just restarting the whole pc luckily mines still under warranty so I'm taking it in 2 days to BestBuy near me to get it fixed I hope it works but I can do literally anything else and it works just fine and normal but fornite just does it randomly for some reason.

Great Product, delivered very quickly and in great condition. Getting it set up right now, and everything seems to be in working order. A little expensive, although that may be due to the price of components right now.

I got my system at Best Buy a few weeks ago and have had no issues. This is the first PC I've had since I was a kid and I'm loving it, can play everything I've purchased on the highest settings with no problems.

I decided to get a pre-build pc since I just wanted a beginner pc so I can games. This pc is a solid and cheap choice for a beginner pc.

Recieved this gift for my birthday and i loved it. A great computer for the low price compared to all the other sites.
