Great beginner PC, no problems from me. Would recommend

Bad gpu. Had to find a computer to download the windows install on to a usb to get the computer work to have my gpu to be bad. Had green and purple specs all over. Just ordered a second one( exchange) and am expecting it soon. Ibuypower will replace parts up to one year so if you need a computer not a bad company but no guarantees on parts till it shows up. By replacing parts you need to call customer service get a hold of a technician and he will then transfer you back when he thinks your part is worthy of replacing, after which they talk you through sending the part for inspection so they can send a new one in it’s box. Final conclusion not bad but remember parts aren’t guaranteed till you open the box and make sure everything runs and get ahold of who you need to for parts if needed. ALSO BEFORE TURNING ON YOUR COMPUTER CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SECURE AND WATCH IF YOURE NEW TO PC OR PC GAMING THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS ON IBUYPOWER CHANNEL 3 stars for company effort even tho gpu was bad making gaming out of the question.

I really love the design of this system. From the keyboard to the lighting to open case to the exceptional lighting. It has all the software i was looking for installed. It has been a night and day difference from all my previous towers.

What can I say? This is a pretty good gaming PC for the price that you pay for it. Set up was relatively painless, I bought this PC because I was running my laptop into the ground with how much I was connecting to it. This PC comes with a keyboard and a mouse. I don't have the time or, the energy quite honestly to build my own PC so this will do for now. :)

Enjoying the system but the keyboard that come with it sucks only had the system for 2 week and now the keyboard light dont work like they used to. Got the system on 4/28/2022. Not even a month befor the lights stoped working on the keyboard

So far so good. I bought this computer because it was on sale from its normal price and it does what I want. I don't do a lot of heavier gaming so I doubt I'll ever push it to know how good it is but for art, video editing, and light gaming, it's working fine.

Great pc for 800$. I have had it for over a 9 months and have no problem with the games i play runs smoothly, the only problem i have is i cant clean the front part of the pc but with out thats it’s amazing.

We can’t compare to others the price i was told was good…but rough times the original one we wanted was sold out this shipped to us and received the next day! Thank you Best Buy! My 12 year old loves it so far
