Stopped working

Came half finished

But when nothing would boot up and the rgbs didn’t turn on, I took a look inside the pc and saw a whole stack of wires tucked away and not connected to anything. Was so upset, had to return the whole thing

On the phone with tech support for this computer 4/4 hours on hold then getting a representative and five minutes into the conversation the call drops now when I call back it is now up to three hours waiting for tech support this product support is very poor that is why one star if I could I would have given it only one star I am returning the computer back to Best Buy and look for something else for $900 for a computer this was poor poor service from the maker I will definitely look for something else

Died unexpectedly, can’t repair

Don’t waste your time.

Day of purchase we took home and plugged up and it never powered on!!! Took it back within the same hour and geek squad attempted to get it to work. It failed on them and they offered to repair it !!! Repair something brand new I bought 35 mins ago???? NO I bought a more expensive and better brand.
