I really shouldn’t even give it one star. I bought a computer several months ago and at the time did not have anywhere to put it. Well, fast forward to two weeks ago when I finally had a place to set it up so I can go back to school and the computer itself will not turn on. It doesn’t work and turn on at all. I wish I could get a refund or exchange it for one that works.

Horrible pc and not worth the 950 dollars you pay for it. Had it for just 3 months and now it doesn’t work. Took it into the geek squad and they said they couldn’t do anything. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It won't work. Im extremely disappointed. My son's birthday is Monday & now i have to drive hours to exchange it, if i can even find one.

Received the PC yesterday, worked fine until the next morning. It would not turn on. The fans, lights, nothing. Very disappointed.

Computer crashed & I had to go through a lot to exchange it. It was 2 days past the 15 they give you.

Bought for my son. He has loved it for 3 years. Finally going to upgrade to a new one soon

I recently bought a new computer with this company and so far have loved what I got. The setup was super easy and quick. Also, you can't beat the price for what you get. It was the cheapest option, yet it also met all the needs I required for the games I wanted to play. Also, couldn't beat that it came with a mouse and keyboard bundled in.

The Dow Laing was to slow and took days for a game to dowload

first gaming computer, really nice great starter computer. if you don't have a really high budget but need a starter computer this is a good company to buy from. due to covid,building a computer is way to expensive to do as of late bought my computer for 899 and its super quite and im able to play my games with no problem so nice. def recommended

Very good PC, Works very fast and loads game quick. Very easy to use. Highly recommend this PC for gaming. This is my first pc and i love it. I play gta5 and call of duty warzone on it and it loads very quick and plays game smoothly.

Just received my PC from best buy and came within a week of purchasing. I am very satisfied with the way it performs and would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested, especially for the price! Planning on using this PC for gaming.

I've had this computer for almost two years at this point and has functioned very well from performance to graphics i think this is the best starter pc you could have

this computer is great for starters runs apex epic settings 80 fps haven't tried to see if it can run higher fortnite 120fps epic settings and good for editing on after affects and other apps

I received this gaming PC for Christmas and I'm in love! It runs so fast and smoothly. I'd recommend for streaming and gaming efficiency! :)

This is a Great gaming computer for the price. My son loves it. It is a great computer for not only gaming but for personal and school related things. It shipped really fast and the design is really sleek with a lot of lights that my son Absolutely love. It comes loaded with windows 11. It runs really smooth. This is the second one I had to order. I had to return the 1st one because a box at the bottom of the computer was not connected and running around and the power supply would not turn on. I returned it and gave it to geek squad and was told the power supply had a shortage and it wasn't getting fire to the computer. I then received another, and it works great. There wasn't anything rattling around and the power supply and button works. So far I am satisfied.

PC works amazing. Have had for a year runs all my games smoothly. Definitely recommend for the price!

Can run almost any game with no upgrades. I personally added 16 gigs of ram but it runs any game fine without it

I was very skeptical of the purchase at first. I want to do a PC build but do the price inflation of the parts, I was discouraged to do one. I normally do not believe in out of box gaming PC. This PC does not and have not disappointed me. Speed, quality and looks are exceptional. I thought the included keyboard and mouse were going to be trash. But for free items they are amazing!! I would recommend this to any of my family or friends.
