Look elsewhere (avoid this computer)

Was advised to replace the entire unit, and would have had to wait nine days for replacement to arrive. Spent a $100 more and got a better computer (HP Omen) which, unfortunately, we also had to wait nine days for (sigh). Well, at least my nephew eventually got a better computer than this cold, dead piece of junk...
