First pc good so far

Hardware issue within ONE MONTH

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within one month of purchase and very basic use of documentation for work, the computer has a hardware issue and now will NOT turn on. I called the geek squad helpline to try to fix the issue and they were unable to assist. I’m now having to take the tower, a screen, keyboard, and mouse (which is extremely cumbersome due to the size of the tower and screen) into a store to be looked at. I was originally looking at a computer with all of these specs to last me years, and it has only lasted a month before becoming unusable. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and I will not buy from the iBuy company again.

Power Supply Failure

The motherboard light turned on but it was not enough to power other internal systems. Absolutely ridiculous and the the manufacturer ofered to repair in 6-8 weeks…no thanks. Returned so quickly.

Too Expensive for less than optimal quality

Expect this thing to randomly break down, like *every day*.

Had to get an adapter to make it work. Oh and no hdmi cable either. For the price it should come with two.
