I was loving this computer but after 4 days it shut down on me and does not turn back on. I tried a different power cord and switched outlets but nothing. Seems to me like the motherboard fried since when i hit the power button there is a click and a fan spins for half a second, so the PSU works? This is just unacceptable in 4 days! I am returning it tomorrow.

Great experience and easy setup. Would highly recommend

This unit is just overall a piece of junk. The first one I had purchased, wouldn’t even power on fresh out of the box. After returning that one in for an exact replacement, it died after 3 days of use and refused to power back on. DO NOT waste your time with this product. Extremely unreliable and does NOT function for a $1,300 PC. Both of these PC’s had power supply issues that were not fixable. Complete waste of time.

I received one and it went out in 4 days. I took it back and got another and after a few months it just gave out too. You'd think with so many good reviews that surely it couldn't be trash twice... but it's actual garbage. Both computers had a bad power supply. Extremely disappointed.

Ever since I bought this pc I haven’t been able to play any games. Which is funny because it’s a gaming pc.

Got the system brand new I have trouble the first day I get the OS comes corrupted okay not a problem easy fix you know reinstall Windows. Well it turns out that wasn't the only problem I come to find out not a day later the graphics card has serious issues and today I end up getting the final confirmation after testing it I verified it has artifacting issues and it also crashes it doesn't even get hot. The funny part is this it only happens in specific instances as well when it's vram intensive which tells me it's a vram failure someone at the factory did not make sure the graphics card in this system was probably tested and respect and it's also IbuyPowers fault for not testing this beforehand as you would expect most companies to test this stuff beforehand before they even gets out to the consumer but it seems they don't even test them it seems they just cheap out build it and then just send it out to the consumer they don't even test it that's what it seems like.

If You Buy Upgrade Power Supply And Gpu Cooler 2 Weeks Into Owning My Power supply Went bad

Salesman at the store assured me this was a good PC and he had a few of these. Started once then never again. Took it back and learned that I was not alone in my struggles with this machine. Shame too since it seemed like a great price for the features. Too good to be true I guess.

I ordered this gaming desktop and the first time I turned it on, nothing displayed on the screen. I went out to buy different DP and HDMI cables and it still would not work. I asked my Dad to help and he thinks that there is something wrong with the motherboard.

Trash. At first I loved it, I was so excited and pumped to have my own pc! Until I was setting up my recording on my pc so I can make quick records. It shut off and REFUSES to turn back on. I’ve done ever “old school” attempts by unplugging it and turning it back on after 10 seconds. I checked all the wiring and nothing. Brand new. Within 3 days this happened. Very disappointing.

Wouldn't even turn on. I bought this for my daughter and got it home. Turned on to set up and then restarted and never started again. Junk.

Never buy a gaming PC from Best Buy or from manufacturer iBuyPower we purchase a gaming PC 15 days later it froze then wouldnt turn back on so I took it back to Best Buy they exchanged it for a new one. The same thing happened to that one so I called the manufacturer they said it was a default so set me some information and I shipped it to them they return it back three weeks later with no power cord a small fan had to go buy a new power cord and still do not turn on

Power supply lasted 3 days. Gpu excellent. Case and lighting excellent.

The first one I got broke down within 3 days. They took it back and gave me a new one. The second one worked fine for about 3 months, now BestBuy is telling me to contact the manufacturer to see if they can fix it. The way I see it is this computer is NOT worth anything, keeps breaking down, also I will not buy anything expensive at best buy anytime soon.

Power supply went out after only 3 weeks. Waisted an hour of my life with their customer support and got NO support. I ended up paying for the part and had to change it myself. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand that has an actual warranty.

The worst pc i bought everything is bad the worst configuration system i have spent to much time to keep it running en money too

The machine died after 10 minutes. I can’t believe it. Paying so much for a piece of garbage. Ruined my daughter’s birthday

Worked for 30 minutes shut off and now it won’t work, very frustrating.

After 2 months the graphics card quit working. Other than that no other problems.
