So far, PC is great. It was shipped in one day. Very easy to set-up. Interior was well secured ensuring no components shifted. Easy to upgrade with top of the line processor. Full size case has plenty of room to work and add RAM, new graphics card etc. I don't see a need to do that for me in the near future. Came with keyboard and mouse. Not the most expensive PC but it is playing SWTOR on ULTRA graphics with no issues. Load times when shifting between environments on game are quick. On my old PC, the graphics card took forever to load the new environment on medium and lower resolution. Very quiet with four built in fans. Had it less than a week but happy so far. This is my 3rd IBUYPOWER PC. I bought my son a more expensive one last year for his birthday. He loves that one too. Only con so far is with the two display ports --- only one is HDMI; the other is DVI so I need a converter to hook up my 2nd monitor.

Great pc for the price octo core cpu outstanding graphics good amount of ram and runs almost silent. a few things the pc looks like it was put together by a 12 year old so i took it apart and assembled it correctly

good part compatibilities with able to run games in 2024 with no problems also great for vr. would recommend for a first time computer.

Couldn't be happier with this computer. I use it for photo editing, video editing, and gaming. Works great and gives me no issues. I don't think you'll find a better system for the price.

There’s no reason to buy a more expensive computer than this. This will do everything you want it to and with flying colors. The set up is easy, up and running games in under 10 minutes.

Nice fast system with very nice components. I play MS Flight simulator flawlessly which is a huge game. More than enough for gaming. Very happy with this purchase.

This pc is great I bought it in 2021 and still running games available in 2023 with it although I will probably need to upgrade the graphics card for the next generation of games to come.

Normally I buy components and build my own PC. However, with the massive recent price jumps in graphics cards buying a "prebuilt" PC was a cheaper alternative. In the case of this model, it was also a smart one. Normally prebuilt computers come with off-brand motherboards and other components. The motherboard here is a Gigabyte B560 - not top of the line, but not some off-brand garbage either. I'm not sure what the HD, SSD, and memory brands are because I didn't take them out. The computer itself is whisper quiet, and quite fast. The chip is an 11th generation Intel I5 and it comes with Windows 11. Since the computer comes with only 8Gb of memory (1 x 8Gb) I added 16Gb (2 x 8Gb) - and was surprised that the motherboard accepted all 3 sticks. There are 4 SATA connections on the board, one of which is in use by the HD. There is enough room in the drive bay for 2 additional 3.5" drives, and room to mount two 2.5" drives. I used one of those two to mount a second SSD (1 Tb). If this is something you are considering, you will need a SATA cable and a SATA power cable extension. There is a second power slot on the SATA power cable included, but it will not reach the 2.5" drive bays. All in all I would recommend this system - you get a good amount for a fair price

It was working great until mid December when it would so BSD on me. Now theres a new type of crash. The screen freezes up along with the entire PC. The scree changes to what looks like 8 bit color. So now it seems to be something with the graphics card but I'm not sure. It happens between 6 and 10 times a week. Very frustrating especially when you are in the middle of a game and you log back in and find your character dead.

A few minor problems with the RAM occurred after purchase but otherwise a solid desktop. I'm concerned about how quickly it heats up and the RAM sticks dislodging but as long as you do your research you can solve both issues by yourself. Do not call ibuypower help line, they treat you like a child and waste your time. It's quicker and more effective to ask Best Buy for assistance or search online.
