This PC has been my baby since i bought it. no issues and functions properly for my gaming and design needs.

When it came to fixing my son’s PC Best Buy was on it, fix it, & did that… Enough Said!!!!!!!

On first boot up this model will not run intensive games long and it will crash after 1-5 minutes. I tried to fix everything and anything and nothing worked. What eventually turned out to be the problem is you need to add the malware executable process in your task manager as an exclusion in your firewall settings. This reduced cpu usage a lot and the crashing has stopped. Runs perfectly now. Would have been 5 if that small setting ruined gaming straight out of the box.

Graphics card stopped working about a year into my purchase. Worked great until then however. Games crash consistently. Essentially unplayable as of now

it was time for an upgrade after 8 years and i couldnt be happier with my purchase. i bought it on wednesday night at 10pm and had it delivered on friday at 2. everything was smooth to set up, install and good to go. I'm an avid gamer and the 3060 runs every game i launch at 120+ fps, the SSD was a perfect investment. and the case + fan set up looks great for ventaliation. 10/10 would recommend.

Great PC the graphics card is amazing. The CPU is great. Only problem is 450gb stick is a little small. Other than that is is ready for gaming right out of the box!

for normal work and light graphic demanding games is a really good pc. anything high end causes it to over heat which turns into graphical lag and occasionally it'll blue screen. my biggest issue is their customer service at iBUYPOWER. they are not helpful at all. not even with questions about the pre installed software which are not very helpful. i had to go in and search for ways to find the software to help me increase fan speed and monitor temperatures.

Excellent performance. Little short on HDD space but $100 and 10 min of you time and that is resolved. No complaints from the kid who always complains.

This computer is like my childhood dream coming true! I have always wanted a gaming computer, and i saved up my money to get this bad boy and it is AMAZING it runs my games at 120+fps and is not slow in any way whatsoever. Such a great product and im very glad with my decision to purchase.

Haven't had any issues at all with this desktop. Granted this is the lowest i7 and rtx. But it's stil more than enough

The PC is a very good entry level for gamers. If you’re expecting peak performance and peak frame rate this is not the machine for you however if you are a casual gamer and can appreciate high-quality graphics without the frame rate I highly recommend.

So ive had this unit for a few months now. I got it to start trying my hand at PCVR. Let me be clear- this PC is no slouch and has plenty of ports for peripherals- but trying to have stable game play in a flight simulator (DCS) HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I finally figured out how to diagnose and fix the issues i was having. That said it has cost me nearly 1000 more dollars to get the CPU cooler and Power Supply i needed to be able to support my venture. I havent tried any other games because i primarily use consoles to game but needed something stronger for flying. For the money im sure its a stable platform for the average gamer- but not for VR. cooling that comes from the factory is garbage. If youre looking for something that will handle XMPs, Overclocks, and VR, save another 500-1000$ and get a bigger rig with better components and cooling. It will be worth it in the long run. Again- highly biased review based on what my goal was and is for this unit, but im disappointed in the unit and the sales person who advised me this would be more than sufficient to run such a game.

This was the 2nd PC we chose to buy after the one we purchased for Christmas (cyberpower PC ) had cooling issues. So far this one has been great. My son games, uses vr and runs multiple applications and it's has been working great and no cooling issues thus far.

It is a low end gaming machine, functional, practical, but def a prius vs a tesla. They install radeon and NIVIDA drivers on all PCs, so you have to remove one of them to get rid of error messages. Support? What support. I went through chat and as soon as the person realized that it was a tech question he dropped the chat. And don't call in unless you have a spare day. "Your estimated wait time is 1 hour" 15 mins later...."your estimated wait time is 45 mins". 15 mins later...Your estimated wait time is 90 mins... etc etc etc. Keyboard and mouse cheap and nasty. Price is good for what you get in the box, I just have my fingers crossed that I don't need their help anytime soon.
