I was so excited to get this gaming computer, and I had really high hopes, but it arrived with some serious defects. I set it up and installed games/ran software updates on day 1, which took the whole day and most of the night, even with high speed wifi. That's fine. On day 2 I finally fired it up to play a game and it had no sound. I tried troubleshooting, reinstalling drivers, nothing worked. It looks gorgeous with all the lights and colors, and I was able to play the Sims 4 (offline) without sound. It worked fine, but loading screens weren't nearly as fast as I expected, and performance was not noticeably better than my 3 year old computer with less impressive specs. Went to use it this morning, Day 3, and now it wont power on at all. I can see the fan spin feebly for a few seconds when I press the power button, like it's trying to turn on, but then it quits and it won't turn on at all. The lights inside stay dark. He's dead, Jim. I'm so disappointed with this computer, which clearly has some major problems. They said they will exchange it it, and I hope the new one will actually work. I must say, though, that I've had nothing but problems with Best Buy purchases for the past year. I ordered a fridge from them in the summer, and it took 3 replacements, 5 visits, and several months to get one that wasn't damaged/defective. They offered me a gift card as compensation, but then called me back later to say they wouldn't honor it. This computer purchase is the last chance I'll give them before giving up on Best Buy entirely. I will update my review after exchanging this product.

Second try at this item. First used it for four days and mother board burned all of a sudden. Geek Squad changed the computer in a heart beat Currently working with no issues

Great gaming computer, but power supply went out after 7 days,. Just bought an Corsair RMx Series RM850x to replace the power supply.

Just received it today, easy to install. Will add more once I download games and see how t hey work

So far so good! Will update if any major disappointments.

had this since 2022 its currently 2025 its been in good use real good gaming pc u can run COD, VAL , GTA and its work perfectly even 4k tbh'' Buy 100% its affordable

It broke after a few months of using it. It won’t power on. We brought it to bestbuy but they couldn’t fix it and we were told to send it back to manufacturer since it’s still under warranty. We sent it for repair to IBUYPOWER (shipping cost on us!!!) and when they sent it back, other functions are missing. Too time consuming. Save yourself time and money. DO NOT BUY!!!
