I got this pc for my birthday wait for the pc to come for days just to find it broke but in the bright side I got a full refund and if this pc didn’t came in broken this would of been a amazing pc

Great starter PC and my son love it! If I had to make this purchase again I would with no hesitation.

Son loves the computer. Looks great. However, as a gaming computer the memory is so small, after downloading cod war zone, we have to buy more memory. Nothing else will fit.

Best pc for starters really good for me and Hight quality games like call of duty and fortnite.

Excellent computer best birthday gift i could have given

FIRST OF ALL, IT'S EVRY EXPENSIVE, AND THE TOWER IS VERY SLOW, I THINK THE TOWER IS NOT WHAT I EVER EXPECTED. AT ONE POINT, I WANTED TO RETURN IT TO THE BEST BUY STORE.

Computer is working great for my 12 yr old grandson.

Aesthetically it is a nice looking computer but it has poor workmanship due to the specs and it sucks in dust through the front panel fans it collects there and it is difficult to remove the front panel to remove the dust the dust should be cleaned at least every three months.

Cheap and sorry parts. Hard drive went bad after 1 week. Found out they had some flimsy no name plastic so called hard drive in. Replaced it and the computer performs great. Please stop using cheap no name parts.

Bought this as a starter gaming PC and it arrived broken. The graphics card was not screwed in and it was just floating around the system and it would not even turn on. I do not recommend buying it.

When I first received it. The box on the side was crushed a bit, but I figured it’s wrapped by foam. I opened it and there was no foam inside the tower like the Instructions said to remove and booting it was fine. But it had a weird blue square in the middle with vertical lines that kind threw me off. The processing was slow and the graphics kept giving me errors that it couldn’t play. It was a mess so I just returned it before it was too late. Maybe mines was defective but hopefully when you purchase it works the way you want it to

Purchased this for my son for his bday. When it arrived my son put it together and pc wouldn’t turn on. Brand new MR Gaming desktop…..wouldn’t turn on! Packed it all up and returned it to the store and got an exchange. One week later the replacement arrived just to have the same issues!! We brought it back to Best Buy, this time we just ask for a refund.

I ordered this tower online we got it and it wouldn’t work. I had to Take it back to the store and was informed that it was defective and they no longer had anymore and I would need to purchase a new one. Lord and behold one that was more expensive.
