Bought Prebuilt pc, it arrived with bundles of cables on the inside unconnected

I purchase this item twice and had to return this item each time because the item dies not wirk properly. This was an extreme disappointment.

the pc i got was amazing, and super easy to set up. it was my first pc and it runs like a top, does exactly what i need it to do and its super quick! no damage or anything done to anything in the box and even came a day early. totally recommend ibuypower for your gaming needs

I was very surprised when i turned it on and saw how nice and neat the cords were, this is my first pc but i know quite a lot about them. From the performance to the rams i have to say this is an amazing starter pc the only downside with this pc is it has very little amount of storage. It comes with 240gbs but it starts with 200 and you go through that quickly.

The computer works really well for someone wanting to start getting into gaming, but just be prepared to want to upgrade after a few months of using it. The packaging was little half done considering I didn’t get a few paperwork and instructions, the equipment is fragile and it didn’t feel like that mattered, but it’s easy to get by without the papers

great pc, runs smooth and everything works great. the light features are awesome and have multi options. would def recomend as a first pc!

This is a good pc for a kid whos just getting started in then gaming world and who has already had consoles. Although, the PC runs very well but it freezes up on me while playing games such as GTA 5, and Fortnite. These freeze ups only last a few seconds though.

This was purchased for me as a gift from my wife. Easy setup out of the box. The case looks amazing and I love all the lighting inside. I was gaming within an hour. I was impressed with the speeds I was getting. I liked it so much I purchased another one inside of a few days of this purchase. I wasn't disappointed with it. I just receive my PC and I am absolutely in love with it. I bought the PC for my son, since he’s into gaming and it is the best choice that I made. It is super easy to set up too! I love the matching light with the keyboard, mouse, and PC it literally lights up his room.

Bought the Trace 4 MR iBUYPOWER - Trace MR Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 550 2GB - 240GB SSD from BestBuy. Great cable managment and presentation, everything worked well out of the box. The design could be better, as it tends to have high temperatures (fixable by installing a better CPU cooler and/or removing the glass front of the case). The parts are also a little on the cheap end (motherboard, RAM, PSU.. which is bad), but they're not awful Considering this is the cheapest way to get a 30 series GPU today, I'm satisfied. I'd recommend iBuyPower for anyone else who is tired of looking for a GPU - you can just sell the rest of the machine.
