Worst pc ever

After unboxing computer for my son that we waited on for a week I was able to boot up and then get through all the windows setup and then tried to start installing Apex legends and computer crashed in the middle of download. Had to reboot desktop and then booted back up and tried to restart the download and the pc froze and never recovered. Rebooted again and nothing but a black screen . No bios screen or anything. Worst product I ever bought

Which is sad to say because it's my first REAL PC. Shuts itself off whenever it pleases. Cannot play games basically ANY games anymore after a couple months. Downloads work HALF the time. I truly wish I could go back in time and purchase a different PC. Do NOT buy this. I'm writing this to help anyone out there teetering on the option of whether or not to buy this thing. DO NOT.
