It’s giving me problems to download something, and i tried looking up for a yt video but still wont help.

We had this PC for a year before we started playing games that were over heating our CPU. Symptoms were games crashing and the side of the case was quite warm. Turns out that the stock "Deep Cool" branded heat sync was terribly inadequate. We upgraded the heat sync to an Arctic Freezer esports duo. This thing is now an amazing machine. We were over temping at 90+ degrees before, now we don't see anything above 50 EVER! So if you have similar problems, do this $50 upgrade immediately! Why iBuyPower would include such a horrible cooling system is crazy. It's not much money or effort to include better cooling. We have the Intel i7 11700F chip in the iBuyPower Tracermr223i.

I still have it and its amazing the quality coud be better now but for it being 2 years old is amazing

Purchase the pc for my fiancé who's been wanting to switch over from console to pc gaming. As for her first gaming pc she is very impressed. We did have a little hiccup at the beginning with the GPU had a code 43 right from the start spent a few hours she couldnt figure it out contacted Geek squad they were great got her an appointment right away since it was just recently purchase the management allowed an exchanged instead they were afraid that she was going to have more problems in the future. They didnt have in stock at the store it was going to be overnight shipped but instead got it on the same day so loved best buy quickness on getting the product out.. As for her she is fully satisfied with this PC both Call of Duty and Apex graphics are amazing

Decided to make the switch from console and I'm very pleased with this PC. It runs Apex and COD at over 100 FPS no problem. I think this is a good PC for the money. My only suggestion is if you rub games on ultra settings, to look into getting top fans as the GPU runs around 75-80 degrees celcius under heavy load which isn't outside of manufacturer temps but extra fans wouldn't hurt.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Have had it for about 7 months now with no concerns. Plays games well. Affordable.

This is my very first PC and I must say that I DO NOT REGRET IT!!!!, I'm in love with it as it pulls it's weight that I ask and more!!!. Setup was super simple and practically plug in and play, all games are default at High/Ultra, runs super fast without over clocking, so I always have that option if I want, but definitely don't need. Overall I WILL be buying again.

This is my first ever PC. I've been streaming on Twitch for awhile now using a Macbook Air. It was extremely limiting, so i knew I had to switch to a PC soon. I considered several brands and custom builds, as well. I need something fast enough and powerful enough to handle heavy gaming, as well as streaming, along with music creation and potentially coding. This PC was slightly above my ideal price budget, but it seemed well worth it, as I could pick up in store immediately, and the reviews looked nothing but positive. The keyboard and mouse that are included are very nice. The PC itself is bigger than I expected, but it's a very nice design. I haven't tried gaming or streaming yet, but I have been downloading several things at once with 2 monitors up, and I haven't heard a single sound. Very quiet!! There's like 3 fans from what I saw when I took the side off. Would definitely recommend this PC to streamers and/or gamers.

This is actually the first time that I have purchased a gaming machine that I didn't build myself. I used to enjoy building my own PC, but I have little time now-a-days. I have to admit it's a bit of a relief to just unpack, plug in, and get working (gaming). I still like how upgradeable this is, It's not like i'm locked to this unit for life and iBuypower has many products that you can buy to upgrade their system further, or you can get what you want from anywhere else. I may be old-school, but I was really worried that it doesn't come with a CD-ROM drive, but I'll get over it, just like I did with the 5" floppy drive and the modem (I'm showing my age now). Seriously, for the price, it's a great system, and at least for me, it's great to just unpack and go. I highly recommend this system... it's fast, it's quite, it's colorful, and I love the tempered glass.

This pc is absolutely amazing! Looks sleek and has cool RGB fans! Works really well and upon delivery there was no problems with the pc. Everything was in good condition, everything already put in place and had good protection all around the pieces. I definitely recommend this pc for anyone looking to buy one at the moment.

This is the first PC that I have bought and I'm impressed. Runs all games over 100 fps. Cooling system is great. Very quiet. For someone who knows absolutly nothing about PCs this was really easy to set up.

i really wanted to get a new pc to be able to join in with my siblings when they would play apex lol with the payment plan from best buy was such an amazing choice ive ever made! the process was super easy and super fast and i got my new pc within 2 days! didnt even give me a chance to overthink my purchase; delivery was so fast this pc works amazingly fast as well! with my old computer it took 2 hours to download genshin impact and with this new pc it only took 11 mins!!!

This is my first gaming pc. I decided to buy it out together instead of building my own. This one was well worth it. Works amazing and I have had no problems so far. It’s been about a year and it’s still running strong

Great computer very fast. Does everything I need it too. Best computer I could buy for the money. We did extensive research and didn’t want to wait months for a computer to be built. Very happy

Got as a graduation gift from my dad. Best thing I’ve had can’t wait to start updating it to make it last a bit longer before venturing off to build my own. Great starting point!

Got a good deal on my prebuilt PC that also came with a keyboard and mouse to match :) It's been a fast and reliable PC which I couldn't be happier about.

Insanely good first pc, I was able to see frames my eyes never looked at before. Absolute BEAST of a pc. Not only am I able to run games at the best quality, but it serves multipurpose for my college work. Super well optimized and keeps me happy.

Got the PC about a week ago, it runs super smooth, very quiet and significant improvement from what i had last. Friends recommended it and I couldnt agree more.

Got this PC a year ago after my laptop died, and it's working great! Everything is running as smooth as I want it to and I have loads of space for what I need.

My pc arrived early and the box it came in was not damaged at all. I was nervous to have it shipped since it cost so much but once it got here and saw nothing was wrong with the package I was so excited. After a month of using it i have not run into a single problem with it. The only thing that has confused me was that I thought I would be able to connect my mouse and keyboard to the predownloaded rgb fusion app but only my pc is connected and I can't figure out how to connect my mouse and keyboard. Overall I love my pc and I have had no problem with it.
