I have been looking at the ibuypower brand machines for a long time {at least a year} and finally decided to pull the trigger and buy one. I am glad I finally purchased one but am upset I did not do it sooner. This computer is everything I expected and more. Little bit of a learning curve for the switch to windows 11 from windows 10 but well worth the switch.

So I got my PC, brought it home.... and the GPU was laying inside not installed. The GPU was also damaged with small dents.... it’s almost like the person who built it didn’t install it, and then it got damaged otw to the store. I had to install the GPU myself. I shouldn’t have had to do that knowing I spent $1600..... overall the pc runs well, just not happy...

I bought my pc through bestbuy and let me tell you for the price this thing is amazing! the quality is great, the pricing was fantastic, and the packaging was top notch. Not to mention it came with a mouse and keyboard which is all RGB based. I have zero complaints about this product and company and honestly if you were on the fence about buying one just do it!

This is an excellent computer for my purposes. I have no idea how well it performs as a game computer. For my graphics, CAD, programming, and continued Windows 11 Insider program support it provides the power I need. It might have been possible to build a similar computer for less money, but probably not if you figure how much an hour is worth.

Have owned for about two months now. It works great, haven't had any issues. The game I was playing was having issues on my old laptop as it was becoming outdated. Definitely happy with this purchase. I recommend to anyone and it's a great price!

I prefer Apple products. Mainly for the easy and user friendly experience. I do, however, acknowledge that PC’s dominate the gaming universe which is why we purchased our first non-Apple computer. Our first experience with our first PC leaves a lot to be desired. For one, the equipment did not arrive with all of the packaging insulation. Second, none of the instructions clearly explained or label the parts within the unit. That is important to me since I want to be assured that I got what I paid for. On top of that, I had a few plugs that were connected to nothing and I wasn’t sure if that was an issue. Next, once I plugged in the computer to the monitor a screen popped up that gave me a status screen that you can not exit. There was a CD provided( I’m assuming for updates) but there is no CD drive to insert it. I called support for assistance but they could not isolate the problem. I took it in for inspection and they said a chip was bad and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I have been told this is a good machine and I will blindly stay optimistic, however, Apple products have never given me these kind of problems.

So far no issues (I literally just plugged the thing in). Best Buy was exceptionally helpful. The staff helped me pick out the perfect PC and pick it up and the website kept me up to date on status. However, one setup issue is that there's a sticker over the ports to let the user know which display ports to use. This is fine (along with the other warning stickers) except when I removed the sticker about 70-80% of the sticker stayed on. Thankfully it's not covering any ports, but it's certainly not desireable.

Good price considering everything right now and the luck I got of receiving named brand parts. Just opened it and so far everything has been really good, again I especially like the parts I got, and everything came as it said it would.

It works great! Enough power to run my editing software simultaniously without any hicups for my business. Had it since June of 2022 and haven't had any issues with it. It is running flawlessly.

Got this PC for my son for his birthday and he loves it. He says that he has played on his friend's PC that was over $1k more, and his new iBUYPOWER is just as fast and can easily keep up. Glad we chose this one for sure!

This being my first pre-built computer, not disappointed! Works for what I need, which is mainly editing videos and some gaming! Hope to use this for at least a few years before either upgrading parts of buying something new! Definitely recommend!
