It runs excellent, easy to start, and everything works very well. Keyboard feels somewhat cheap and it does take a little bit of work to learn how to turn off the constant lights on the hardware.

I have recently purchased the iBUYPOWER - Trace MR from BestBuy and have been running for about a week. Coming from my old computer this box is fast. I am running some steam games, DaVinci resolve and Pro tools. I am very satisfied so far

I just got my iBUYPOWER PC today and it's amazing.

Had doubts about bad reviews on Best Buy from this computer but I can honestly say this is a great pre-built gaming PC. I would recommend this to friends and family that would go the pre-built gaming PC route.

Bought for my son for christmas. He loves it. Powerful and takes on any game thrown at it. The rgb fans are an amazing touch. No dissapointments

Bought this for a Christmas gift. Worked for one month. CPU will not turn on. Took to Geek Squad and told they could repair at my cost or can be sent back to Manufacture. Was told I need to work with manufacture myself as Best Buy can’t help with warranties for IBuyPower. I called manufacturer and will need to ship back at my cost and will take 3 - 5 weeks repair. Broke less than 60 days. Will consider buying directly from manufacturer in future because Best Buy warranty is worthless.

Great pre-built pc. my desktop was in much need of an upgrade and this price point is beyond fair. Windows 11 is very smooth and the graphics are awesome on the 3060

Bought for my son for Christmas, and we were super excited. When we got it home and unpacked and started playing games, no games would run longer than 5 minutes even on the lowest video settings without crashing. Looked all over the web for documentation on the system, but there's no technical documentation about the components or anything. Contacted technical support and gave them diagnostic information, and they said the gpu was probably back and to take it back. We returned it to Best Buy and the guy at customer service seemed to think it was our fault and we should have bought a better spec'd machine...We tried to explain that the machine should have been able to run pretty much anything without issue, but he wasn't interested.

This is my grandson's first gaming computer and so far, he loves it. Changing from a PS4 to a PC has been a learning challenge but he is very impressed.

Great computer. Booted up easy and can run most games in good quality and looks good. The lights are customizable and look great. Overall good PC.

PC is very fast. They did a good job piecing this together. This is my second OC from IBP and I will continue to purchase from them going forward.

Build quality is good for it being a pre built. Although everything else will be replaced it seems to be working phenomenally. CPU cooling should be changed but overall impressed.

Perfect, right out of the box. Grandson loved it! Plays every game in sight on “ultra” - smooth as glass.

It wasn't assembled properly and didn't work. WE had to send it back. They need better quality control. It has been almost a month and not yet replaced.
