PC can’t run apex or cod without crashing. Blue screens, gives error codes, and just randomly closes apps mid game.

This CPU is awesome for gaming (just remember to upgrade the power supply). A great computer for Novice and Veteran gamers alike.

Died within a few days. GPU most likely bricked. Screen would flicker and computer would crash, the geek squad took one look at it and offered me a refund.

Since I got the PC I've had nothing but issues. Games are crashing within 10 minutes of playtime, even changing the video settings to the lowest quality. I dont feel like I should need to lower the settings as this pc is more than capable in running a few games. Called technical support and they directed me to call the manufacturer and they can take care of me. Only to tell me I would have to ship it to them and they will fix it, at a cost to me. I shouldn't have to pay for anything if its within their "warranty". Very Very disappointed.

Should have listened. Returned 1st one due to issues with the graphics card. Received 2nd one and set up last night for my son. Same issues with the graphics card. Looked like I was in the Matrix movie. Green lines everywhere. Nothing helped with updating drivers. Was told failed card likely occurring during shipping.

Defective - immediately blue screened with driver failures

Purchased this for my son for Christmas. Defective on Christmas Day. He didn’t even get to enjoy his gift. Had to be returned when store opened back up after the holidays.

Required a warranty repair after 5 months and was denied because "computer was moved". Moved ... from one desk to another in the same room. Poor design, poor warranty, poor support protocol. Never again iBUYPOWER and never again Best Buy. Don't have to deal with this elsewhere.

It came with a faulty graphics card. Would not recommend purchasing. I returned it, and will be purchasing from a different company.

Battlefield and warzone crashed every time. Had to take it back, but luckily Best Buy is great with returns.

This is not a bad PC build, great build for beginners or new gamers, but one thing to be careful for is that it could come in with a corrupt part. Which is what happened to me at first when I got this PC. It came in with a corrupt operating system. THANKFULLY, Best Buy is excellent with exchanges/returns. So I exchanged it for the same PC and this one actually works. If something doesn’t work, don’t even waste time going to GeekSquad cause they’ll charge you for it, which doesn’t make sense to have them charge you for a simple fix yet the PC you bought came in with a corrupt part inside. It’s better to simply return it for something else or exchange it. Then again, it runs smooth and it’s great.

Bought this at best buy, i picked it up at the store. The machine is killer fast, super easy to set up, and overall, worth the value for all the good parts. Can you build a cheaper pc? yess. Can you buy a prebuilt that is reliable and works fastttt? go with ibuypower
