I have now had the computer for a while had no issues. Runs Great easy set up and looks a lot better in person then it does in the pictures.

READ THIS IF THIS PC CRASHES WHILE GAMING FOR YOU: TL;DR: These prebuilt companies are using an extremely outdated BIOS on these motherboards that works with Windows 10 but not Windows 11, leading to games crashing for some buyers, as these PCs are shipped with Windows 11 pre-installed. This can be easily fixed by flashing your BIOS to its latest version; it's such an obscure issue that most tech support companies will overlook it entirely. I bought this PC in late 2021 as a replacement for another pre-built I had just gotten (I had replaced that PC for the same issue I ran into with this one). I had originally planned on building my own PC, as it was time for an upgrade, but due to the state of the graphics card market, it was actually cheaper to buy a pre-built from CyberPowerPC or iBuyPower. Now, I knew there would be some issues, as there always are with pre-builts, but I didn't think that I would run into consistent game crashes in any intense situation (a raid in Destiny, endgame in Fortnite, or the end of an R6 round. Long story short, the specific event that was occurring with these crashes was the PC having issues with the DCOM server and also losing permission to access certain game files (according to Event Viewer). Every crash had the same error code but with a different file in the game I was playing at the time. To my knowledge, this was occurring due to the BIOS being outdated and therefore causing Windows to not interact with different components correctly. This was right when Windows 11 had come out, so there was almost nothing on this issue. It seems as though these tech companies were pumping out new pre-builts with Windows 11 installed as quickly as they could without truly troubleshooting them for the sake of having the "newest and best". I dedicated no less than 50 hours to solving this issue. I did everything I possibly could without rebuilding the PC: cleaning the drives, the RAM, uninstalling every single driver and fresh installing them, trying lower graphic settings, doing a clean restore of the PC, giving admin permissions to the specific files in the Registry that were causing the crashes, trying different sticks of RAM, trying to play off of on-board graphics, etc. There are around 15 more things that I did that I will not waste time listing. None of this worked, and I eventually gave up. It was only by complete sheer chance two months ago that I happened to be researching the latest version of my BIOS, as it had been around a year and I was interested to see if there were any newer versions. This is when I noticed that my BIOS was extremely outdated. Like, 4 generations outdated. I hadn't checked this before due to my thinking that it was extremely hard for the tech giants to mess up. In disbelief, I updated it to the newest version by using a USB drive to flash it, and now it is two months later and I have not crashed once. I personally do not know how something like this could be overlooked. My only guess is that they didn't test these PCs enough before mass-producing them so that they could reach max profits. This seems to be a recurring issue for most Windows 11 pre-builts, and if you go to the reviews of any of them, I'm sure there are at least five buyers on each who experienced a similar situation. I hope this helps someone overcome their own game crashing consistently. Anyone can update their BIOS with the right research. This, however, has solidified my belief that building a PC is the way to go. At least then you know that the issue was your own fault and not a mega-tech company's. For what it is worth, though, this PC really is an extremely good deal. On the off chance, you get the same issue as me, however, it is a headache that will cost you more time than money. Now that it's not crashing, it runs anything I throw at it at 144 FPS and 1080p. I hope iBuyPower and CyberPowerPC address this issue at some point because evidently I am not alone in having it.
