Packaged was good. Your setup may come different than mine but heres what mine came packed with 3080ti ventus 12gb OC x3 Nvme 1TB Swordfish XPG ddr4 2x8gb CL16 I haven't fully looked at my motherboard yet to say the exact model nor power supply. But hope those specs help some of decide which way you want to sway. I say if you can probably build this for about the same price with better rated ram and better nvme. Outside of that if you don't want to track all parts down, this is a fair deal.

My 4th try on IBuypower Gaming desktop to go bad, actually this was delivered DOA.

An amazing PC running all my games in 4k above 100fps definitely great value for the money but it has randomly shut down on me twice when I launch a game. So far I can't find a source and might end up returning it because I can't find out why it keeps shutting down.

Terrible. Stopped working after 3 months of use. Was no longer booting up to the monitor. Sent it in to get fixed but they couldnt fix it. Luckily i got the warranty for it so i got my money back in best buy credit and upgraded. Now waiting for my new pc to come in lol

My PC was having issues when I initially received it and instead of returning it I decided to troubleshoot it myself. I've had to do a factory reset of my Windows 2 times already which would fix the issue for a little bit until eventually the computer starts crashing consistently atleast once a day. The performance will show 100% SSD usage even when I'm not doing anything on it. I've seen other customers who are having the same issue as I am so it seems like iBUYPOWER cheaped out heavily on the SSD which explains why it's such a common issue.

I purchased this computer and the nvme broke. I took it back to best buy as i purchased the warranty and it was well within. They said that is not what the warranty covers. Best buy warranties are junk as they dont even cover a part breaking with normal wear and tear. I would not purchase again. I will go back to buying parts from amazon and building myself since i had tobtroubleshoot this thing and fix it anyways less than a year after the purchase.

Computer "worked" upon arrival. It would power on but none of the display ports ever worked. Motherboard was apparently doa.

Bought this computer with high expectations and it definitely exceeded them. For a computer that can do just about anything you require, it is at a bargain price. I'd be willing to pay 3k for this! This is an amazing system and I would recommend it to anyone in the PC community whether they are just getting started or a veteran.

Performance mode i can get 275 frames per second. I put a fan on the unit but it performs great for the money. Good starter then upgrade gpu/cpu later.
