Ughhh

The taskbar hides programs and it wont let me have access to windows after ut restarts. Its doing better after i finally figured out how to do a factory reset. But its only been a couple days. Im not happy with this pc.

GeekSquad unhelpful uncommunicative
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was recently in the Bradenton FL store to receive service on this purchase as the hardware has failed. We went in to see the GeekSquad about having the PC serviced as it is under warranty. The tech told us that they would be unable to help us that day as they were backed up and we would have to make an appointment. The tech took a look at our purchase history while we were there and told us that while they might not be able to work on the PC in store they would/could send it out to the manufacturer. So today (11/29/23) I went in to the store and was flat out told that BestBuy would do nothing to help with my issue. This was VERY disappointing, I could have called the manufacturer days ago and been at least a little further in the process of fixing my problem, but I had to waste my morning coming into the store to be told effectively "We wont help you". This tainted my opinion of BestBuy and will make me hesitant to purchase through them again. I will most likely buy straight from a manufacturer going forwards.

Dont by this pc

Please don’t get this PC not worth the your money

Did not come as pictured.

Cheap and bad gpu
