This was the 3rd computer that I had purchased for my son for Christmas. When the 2 CYBERPOWERS turned out to be LEMONS, we went with this computer IBUYPOWER. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT COMPUTER FOR MY SON. He loves the speed, the graphics and everything about it!

Bought this because I don't have the knowledge and skill set to build my own PC- can't complain! Does what I need it to do, was super easy to start up, and has been working well for just over a month. It looks like it'll be fairly simple to clean as well.

Bought this Pc on thanksgiving, so far so good. there is one huge problem with the PC that is the cooling system. I was getting 100C on all cores on CPU Temps. I would 100% recommend buying an AIO cooler and installing it to get better cooling. I am other than that all the games are running pretty well. Except for warzone where it crashed sometimes I'm pretty sure it's because of the terrible cooling system. Once you build a better cooling system this PC is good it go.

This has been a great purchase and extremely powerful system. It is able to hold its own aganist any game I throw at it. I haven't put my settings any lower than the highest possible. Works great for Fortnite, rocket league, Apex, and Halo.

Awesome product and exactly as described! Tried to get a 3060Ti for several weeks at a good price, but decided to go prebuilt instead and am I glad that I did! This thing is a beast and easy to get inside and change up or add any parts.

It looks amazing, I've been having trouble finding any RTX cards for my own personal build that are fairly priced, so I decided to opt for a prebuilt instead. I can say that I'm not at all disappointed, I've been enjoying games like God Of War, Squad, and Hell Let Loose at the maximum settings with no frame dips and quick load speeds. Would recommend!

I was looking for a PC that would cost me under $2K including monitor, when I saw this one with i7 & 3060ti for $1400 on blackfriday sale, I HAD TO SNAG IT. It ran pretty great, but for long uses, I seriously would recommend replacing out the fans + add more. I went with 7 (yes I know it was overkill) Noctua NF-P12 Redux 120mm fans. Replaced all the stock ones and added 3 more up top (2 intake top front, 1 exhaust in top back) with a total of 5 intake fans and 2 exhaust. I'm waiting on my Noctua NH-U12s CPU cooler. I also replaced the stock 600w power supply with a 1000w. Once my CPU cooler is here, I'll get to overclocking this bad boy.

Wanted to get into the gaming PC world but not spend a fortune. With the GPU shortages causing the prices to skyrocket, buying a pre-built rig seemed the best route to go. Great features for the price and with the larger size case, room to expand in the future. Purchased a CPU liquid cooling setup as temps can run higher than I like with the factory CPU fan. Also purchased a 850 watt PS as, for future proofing, as the factory one is only 600 watts. System runs very well. It is quiet. Upgrade to Windows 11 went smoothly. Not a bad RGB keyboard and mouse. Got it on a black friday sale for $200 off, so cannot complain. If GPU prices continue to stay high, it may not be a bad idea to consider the extended warranty as replacing one of those, out of warranty, could be very pricey.

Good prebuilt for the sale price. I got an Asus TUF 3060ti and a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1 with it, but I also got a cheaper CPU cooler. The pros outweigh the cons though, and the sale price ($1,499) was hard to beat in this market.

Bad power supply right out of the box. Best Buy would not return. I tried to plug the power supply and graphics card into my previous computer to see if it would work and quickly realized that the power supply was bad. Went to Best Buy and realized I forgot the graphics card that came with it. They assumed I was trying to return it without the graphics card. They told me to go put it back together right and then bring it back. After I packaged it back up perfectly and drove all the way back to the store a different girl said that the manager said they were not going to return it because I tried to “deceive” them and keep the graphics card. He said “don’t try to take it to any other Best Buy either because I’ve already called them and let them know.” Terrible experience but I still go back just because of how nice the staff is. I understand their point because I’m sure that some people do actually do that, but I wasn’t trying to do that. Oh well , either way I’m stuck with a dead pc and I’m out the original $1500 or whatever it was at the time.

Had this pc for around 2 weeks now and its been great! Its definitely a nice unit for a prebuilt in the under $2k category, but for $1600, I feel its been worth every penny so far! I'll check back in later if that changes

All my life I have been gaming on console till recently i decided to invest in this pc to up my gaming experiences so im fairly new to computers besides having a mac book pro but let me tell you the experience so far has been amazing (besides the beginning) but let me get to the point. Upon arrival pc game fairly well packaged and secure in its own branded box, unboxing was fairly easy and boot up was pretty straight forward. After setting up the pc I wanted to test the pc out while booting my first game so i decided to download msi afterburner to add an on screen display for my cpu and gpu temps. My temps idling was at 65C before starting the game and during the game the temperature would rise to a dangerously high 85-95C. Immediately after realizing this I decided to purchase an AIO water cooler and removed the stock cpu cooler which ultimately solved the problem. Now my temps idle at 30-33C and while playing at 40-45C, basically cutting it in HALF lol. REVIEW If you are going to purchase this please just keep in mind of the cpu cooler like other reviews have said and dont wait too long to upgrade. This really should be a two star review after having a faulty one come in the first time around but performance has been great and best buy sent another one within two days no issue. Building a pc now a days can be a tad bit too expensive but i would not reccomend this pc unless you upgrade the horrible cpu cooler that comes with it.

Decent computer, im sure there are better ones out there. Didnt really test it out for gaming. Showed AMD graphic card error (even though no AMD card is installed on here) which was pretty easy to get rid of.

This was an incredible purchase. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others. The graphics on the system are excellent, and everything runs smoothly. Amazing! It is something I would recommend.

Everything checks out, the computer works as intended and the parts are here as listed. Lovin it so far. Now I have an extra desktop for my son and I to game on. Excited! Reason for 4 stars: Best Buy should do a better job of packaging that box as anybody can take the desktop out, switch out the graphics card and get away with it. I was happy with it but they could do a better job at not exposing what the box entails as far as peripherals etc. overall great buy!

I bought this for my 12 year old son, I have also have played games on this PC and let me tell you it runs very fast, smooth, beautiful machine this is. Highly recommend.

I originally shopped elsewhere and regret it. I bought this PC to replace my 5 yo. It arrived quicker to my home than to the store shipping. I got it out of the box and let it all warm up due to being on a cold truck all morning. There were absolutely no issues from the very start. Plugged in my new monitor and everything worked. Windows 11 is already installed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good graphics card, plenty of storage and memory. There are open ports for installing new hardware as well.
