The computer was very well packaged and protected. You can tell ample amount of thought was put into how to protect it during transit. From the first time it was started up, it's been very fast, responsive, and have had no issues with it. I bought my first iBUYPOWER pc back in 2013 and still runs. I only upgraded the liquid cooling and replaced the GPU after the first went out (first gpu lasted 5 years). Safe to say, I was very comfortable buying from them again. It looks amazing, is very quiet considering it came with 5 fans. It's ran everything I've thrown at it so far with ease so I'm very satisfied. Pickup at my local store was a breeze. I let them know I was instore via a link they emailed me, they scanned it at the front desk, and got my pc. All in all, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

So far after a month this thing is running like a Beast. No issues I can run any game maxed out. Very easy to put together. Just start it up everything clicks you don't have to download anything. Just an internet connection so that the update start.

works great straight out of the box and the graphics are wayyy better now on Fortnite than my previous computer that was only 2 years old. and the keyboard that comes with it is actually nice to use

overkill is the way to call it, prolly the best pc u can buy at bestbuy for under 2k, no issues at all easy setup just had to plug in 2 cables and was good to go. its a beast n u can upgrfade a few things to over kill it even more but not needed

Bought this because my old pc was lacking and couldn't run Helldivers 2. Setup was a breeze; it runs quiet and now lets me spready democracy without skipping a beat!

This is my first gaming PC from Ibuypower, box was big as expected but well packaged. It had expanding foam inside the case and the GPU were strapped down to avoid any movement during transit/shipping. I did find one of the ram were a bit loose but that was an easy fix. Overall it was much better than expected and it run all of my previous games that I couldn't run on my old PC at ultra settings. Fit and finish of the build is great, I really liked the wire management inside the case, you can tell the person who built it knew what he or she were doing. Overall very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this to any of my friends or family.

Great computer with high-end parts, runs games at high FPS, is silent, and aesthetically very nice. I work with video editing, and I don't know why 4k videos still freeze when edited in premiere, especially when there are many layers.

Runs every game without lag, very good computer for gaming.

I've had the computer for almost a month. Works awesome. Boots up superfast and runs cool. Main game I play is Ark Ascended and runs beautiful. Highly recommend this computer

This pc was easy to set up and I was able to start playing on it right away. Stays very cool even while playing games on ultra settings. Awesome pc case and very easy to customize and add or replace components.

Purchased the Y40 32GB RTX 4070 version and have been loving it so far. Setup went smoothly and everything has gone better than expected. Unbeatable for the performance and price.

I opened it today, and it was very simple, it had instructions, and everything, all I had to do was remove the protective packaging and plug it in and its ran smooth all day and preforms like a beast.

I got this computer early october and havent run into any problems i enjoy it, i can run games insanely well, it looks very good, and is perfect for my setup love the pc
