The pc works great for gaming! I have not had any issues with it at all. Super easy to set up too!

I recently bought this computing system for my foster son, who had been hot to upgrade from his PS-5. Actually, I had to buy it TWICE, and it still wasn't right. Let me explain. We ordered first on 16 February and when we got it home it would not boot up into Win 11 Home as advertised. We brought this defective item back to the store so that Geek Squad could make it run (install a proper working OS). We were informed that they could not do this as we had the wrong protection plan (Accident only), which, by the way, is the only plan mentioned in the item description. Our only recourse was to return for a refund and back to square one! We did that. After searching possible alternatives we decided to try again. Now replacing the system was $300 more since the "deal" had apparently expired. This time we bought the Geek Squad membership plan. This is the system we took home on 29 February. This is a 62 mile r/t, by the way. When we started it up there were two immediate problems...1) something was rubbing on the lower cooling fan and Junior managed to fix that with some artful use of some velcro strapping, then 2) SAME INABILITY TO BOOT UP WINDOWS!!! I had to leave at that point as I was unable to return system #2 at that time. Before I could schedule a Geek Squad intervention, Junior (guided by some of his IT wizard gaming friends) spent most of the night (six hours we'll never get back) buying, downloading, and installing the Windows 11 Home OS that was absent. So another $139 down the drain because Best Buy sells defective merch? Lucky for him I have him paying off 2 grand + on my cc with $0 interest, but IMHO we should at least been offered the sale price on the replacement system. ENT RANT

Works well. no issues upon opening, and one week later still works perfectly fine. one of the rgb fans is out of sync with the others, but it’s not that big of a deal.

Great gaming PC! The RGB controller is not that great, but not really a big deal.

Bought it 7 months ago, and so far everything works great.

Fair buy for the price. Hasn’t let me down so far.

So far no major issues. Booted up fine. It did get hung up on a driver update for the motherboard for awhile, and I had the "another program is installing, finish that installation first" error while installing things, but ending the windows installer task and restarting it seems to have fixed that issue. The picture shows a 3 fan gpu. I received a MSI Geforce 2 fan version in mine. Confirmed it was the 4070. Got worried for a second. I read the 2 fan model may be more efficient. I will update as I start transferring things from my old computer.

Love this computer so far!! Bought it on Friday and everything worked as it should, and it looks awesome.

All I can say is, this thing will surpass your expectations. I guarantee it.

upgraded from a 4060 laptop and this thing is such a beast compared to the laptop. i love it.

Had to turn the memory down in the bios to avoid constant freezing, once corrected it runs great!

has been amazing no problems at all, good temps and runs every game very smoothly.
