I chose this desktop because it was within my price range of what I needed as far as a gaming system. The i9 processor 14th gen is only nominally better than the 13th, so it isn't necessary to go for the 14th gen. It's also a KF processor so you won't be able to get a signal from the mobo if your gpu happens to fry. Nearly most of Best Buy's i9 options will be KF, so on that you are limited by purchasing on best buy. Upon setting it up it was smooth overall software-wise. There were some issues like the bluetooth having a very poor signal. This system came bundled with a "wifi/bluetooth" antennae that screws into the back, and it barely improved the bluetooth signal. The bluetooth signal is poor, and it has been mentioned before on reddit on these pre-builts. The signal to headphones is choppy and abrupt. It had a better signal with my headphones right next to the desktop, but that isn't realistic. No way you can have your head next to the desktop full-time. I ended up using a bluetooth dongle that I already owned, and it worked far better than the given hardware that was attached to the mobo-Asus Z790. Another issue, is when on high load with a graphics intensive game, the gpu fan or fans will make a rattling noise; it might be an easy fix or not. I would expect ibuypower to load test their machines for these kind of issues, but maybe the QC isn't up to par with what I think should be default for something within this price range. I also checked the temps, and all of those are within range. Aesthetically, it's not too bad. The glass panel comes off easier than it looks. I'm not a devout RGB fan, but this definitely adds a certain flair with the added bonus of being to easily see if something is working due to the amount of interior lighting. I will note that the fans on the top of the case are not RGB, but that shouldn't be a dealbreaker unless you need full RGB. This case comes in white and black, but white is not available on Best Buy. You get a couple of extras in the box. A paper holographic figure from Zotac, some paper leaflets for other offers. You also get a mouse and a keybaord that were slightly better quality than I expected. The keyboard given is not mechanical, but it looks like it could take some abuse, which isn't what I would say with most standard free keyboards that come with average systems. Overall, it was what I expected apart from the bluetooth problems, and rattling from the Zotac GPU. I will also mention that the SSD also looks budget, and it's impossible or very difficult to find the model online for specs for this particular ssd. Most likely you will end up replacing it. I can't score this perfectly, because it's not perfect. But realistically, it was about what I expected. Although, the rattle is quite annoying.

It is indeed an i9 4070. It runs smooth and quiet. I added 32 more ram and added 3 fans to the top with RGB since they are not colored on top.

The rig is fine BUT it’s false advertising from manufacturer.. In the website and the box it has a GPU with 3 fans. I received a GPU with 2 fans only. I know its not a big issue for y’all but picture this, You ordered a pen and a pencil arrived. You paid almost 2500$ and it’s not what you wanted!

      Hello there,
The reason for the difference in fan qty is due to the difference in GPU manufacturer/brand. We use different manufacturers (PNY, MSI, ASUS, etc,) based on what we have in stock. While you're still receiving an RTX 4070Ti graphics card, there are minor differences in physical appearance based on the component brand available at the time of production. Thankfully, performance is similar between the brands.

Hope this helps clear up any concerns! ibp-AW

I loved the quality, performance, noise and is an ease of installation of the desktop, it is well built, runs smoothly and quietly, the fans don’t got too loud and the setup was a breeze. Also liked the airflow, value, and appearance of the product. Best purchase I’ve done!!

I bought this abouta week ago. My games constantly crash and my entire PC bluescreen crashes here and there. ASRock drivers are janky and don’t install the way theyre supposed to. Avoid anything with ASRock in it.
