It just might be difficult for someone not savvy with computers since it’s lacking instructions. I gave it 3 stars because it’s what this pc and company deserves. Get a 4080 at least if you want a proper GPU

I called Best Buy with no help. I called Ibuy Power and he finally figured out the PC had a corrupted windows program and it was sending it into safe mode not allowing it to work properly. I returned this PC to bestbuy and went with another brand.

The bad is for some reason my son is get the blue screen of death and the games he play ar not really high graphics games. For example Fortnite and WWE wrestling

Had it for a few days and suddenly the screen would tear when on a browser. Not moving the mouse the screen would break up except the small portion my mouse would be hovering over. Returned it for a refund and decided to go the route of a MAC.
