Not happy with NOT SO BESTBUY. They advertised this computer on their web site at $300 off but when in store, it was only $150 off. Asked the salesman why the difference. Responded with 'you have to prove that is for that machine'. I responded with 'there is no other computer with that description that has that exact pricing' to no help. I checked the web site the next day and the advertised price changed to the $150 off. Haven't decided to open the box or return the product.

I would love to give this pc a better review but after a while of having it (about 4weeks) I’ve started noticing issues where my game would freeze after a while of playing or if I tried tabbing out. I don’t know if this is an issue with the pc itself or a miss use on my side. I don’t really do much other then play games on it. It’s sad that I spent this much on it and can’t enjoy playing my games without having issues.

Brand new, no output to display. After troubleshooting it for an hour, next steps were to start replacing parts. I could have contacted "ibuypower" since there were about a dozen notices on the packaging telling me not to return it, I decided against that since its a $1500 computer. I should be able to plug it in and I can get something on the display. Thats strike 3 for best buy as this is the third computer with some catastrophic issue. Stay away from generic sounding products like "ibuypower" and stay away from best buy.

I bought this pc for my 10 yr olds birthday. The pc came on time all the lights work everything seemed to be great. However HOWEVER I've been on here for hours trying to figure out why my Microsoft KEY is isn't working. I've followed all the steps and am still unsuccessful. Naturally now i have to let the weekend go by in order to speak to someone. My son is so frustrated and heartbroken. A new pc shouldn't have any issues.

I returned (2) new, in-the-box Y40 i7 units in 8 hours! Quality control at iBUYPOWER needs attention as BOTH units would not turn-on. Even Geek Squad could not get these to turn-On. Went with a Lenova and it works amazing, right out of the box.

The specs and title says 2TB of storage space but it’s actually 1TB ssd that gives you about 930GB of free space you can actually fill up with. 2TB and 1TB is a huge difference so not sure why they lied about it when it’s easy to find out after purchasing. Other than that the PC is good. Just be aware of the real storage space.

We have had nothing but trouble, and it is the most expensive PC we have ever bought. It goes to a blue screen multiple times a day. It has different error codes many of times. We have tried several troubleshooting things, and no luck. We are going to try to call best buy and see if they can remote help.

Worked for one week then the screen wont stop flickering, researched the issue and it stated it was the graphics card, the computer will crash at random times, its mainly being for school, I regret purchasing it.

I found the computer to be too large and noisy. Playing Elden ring on new ailenware gaming monitor the video card had some trouble rendering and displayed some grey out and lag. usb ports on front faced down, leaving barely enough room to insert cables.

It only came with 1 Terabyte when advertised with two. Do not buy without making sure you get the two terabytes.

The computer keeps crashing. First it started on day one when I left it on for downloads. Now after two days, it crashes when turning it on.

Machine is a blue screen disaster. There is no support.

Ram stopped working within second month, I purchased this and it was working fine and than randomly gave me errors wouldn't restart and is having major issues

honestly this website is easier to use than any other i have looked at. not only was i able to filter based on what i was looking for in specifics but the prices are not bad either. shipping was great and got here in time and i didn't get damage. so far runs great. best pre-built pc i have ever bought so far!
