Happy but keyboard is problematic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Omen pc died in less than 2 yrs old ibuy still ran after 5 yrs. Happy with purchase but keyboard was complete jacked had to use a different brand entirely.

Good but get that 4070 it will be better

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm glad everyone else is having a good time with this computer but mine was plagued with issues from the start. Preinstalled software for Armoury Crate partially failed installation, the Aura program to run the lights was installed but just failed to run, couldn't uninstall either of these programs, just said uninstall failed try again. Which i did three or four times. Fan 2 in bios didnt register and fan 1 wouldnt slow down from it's 1600rpm bananza, even after trying to manually slow it down with Armoury crate and in bios and the temp was at 30°C. The computer itself was working but I was at a loss with troubleshooting all the issues it had out of the box. Just reset it and gave it back, picked something else out.

Died after 2 months

Shut off one day and now dealing with IBP to get it fixed. I have 3 games installed and that’s it. Barely any memory is taken up. Won’t buy any IBP products ever again

Freezing while playing games

Its extremely annoying and interrups while Im streaming and using discord with my friends. Now its 2x bringing back and port to best buy still same problem freezing my game… I dont like to reccomend this to those people who dont know how to manage this desktop.. It doesnt run very good due to freeze problem.. I want to return it !!
