Great PC for changing over from console. Somewhat simple set up as well with help offered from staff

I bought this exact pc, work good for a month then started having issues. Tried to return it. They said i have to send it off bc they can not repair it or exchange it. Since its not within their 15 day return, or i didn't spend the extra money for their warranty. Went up their bc i thought they honored the factory 1 year but they do not. So now i have to try and deal with ibuypower to try and have it fixed. Why sell something if they will not help their customers. Store manager basically told me i was out of luck and they wouldnt do nothing. Worst customer service

Two weeks after purchase the PC the power supply unit failed. After taking out power supply to send to the company the brand they used is known to be faulty and can cause electrical fires which now makes sense when tech channels have said they recommend replacing the power supply unit within the first two years. Id advise caution or buying a new power supply unit if youre looking at this particular model of pc as they also decided not to use a modular power supply set up and did very poor cable management stuffing the extra wire run off into the bottom compartment where the power supply unit and lower intake fan is located.

This is a great machine with good specs for the average person wanting to get into PC gaming!

Great pre built pc. Was this or waiting for the ps5 pro but after seeing the specs I went to pc.

Started out great, but very quickly turned into the worst computer I've ever bought. Between 6 months to a year into this computer, the gpu has basically started a cascade of failures. I get screen tearing, graphics distortion, constant freezing up, game shut downs due system inability to recognize the gpu, random black and white screens even just when on the internet. I'm not running anything remotely taxing for this system either. On top of all that, I discovered that Windows is unable to update itself because of the hardware used internally and it not being compatible with the new Window's updates. So I basically have a 2 year old system that can't be updated and is hit or miss on operating correctly. I had high hopes for this unit and have been sorely disappointed. I would have returned it, but by the time I had someone computer savvy dig into the computer, I'd missed any windows. This wasn't a cheap computer so this experience has been a bummer.

This was purchased for my 14 year-old son. He loves gaming and this was the perfect fit for him starting out with PC gaming.
