    My dad recently bouth this for my birthday/christmas gift everything looked fine until I downloaded Fortnite and started to play it was continusly freezing, I tried everything thing I could but nothing worked.My dad ended up contacting support and they said they could do nothing about it I’m heavily disappointed.

    Great pc with no problems. Only issue is that that graphics card that came with the pc was an entirely different brand of card. I was hoping for an all black 3 fan card and received a 2 fan msi. Non the less the pc is good value I also received a different aio water cooler

    I have no overall complaints about the computer itself. But the parts that are pictured and listed on the box were not the exact same as what was inside of the case. Its to late now for me to do anything about it, but I feel pretty ripped off and will definitely be building my next pc and not buying from Bestbuy.

    I have owned this PC for less than 6 months and the CPU fan to the liquid cooling system stopped working. Almost burnt up my CPU and now I can't use it until the liquid cooling is replaced. Now I will be without a PC for an extended period of time and have to pay to have it sent to the manufacture. Would not recommend.
