I have owned this PC for less than 6 months and the CPU fan to the liquid cooling system stopped working. Almost burnt up my CPU and now I can't use it until the liquid cooling is replaced. Now I will be without a PC for an extended period of time and have to pay to have it sent to the manufacture. Would not recommend.

I have no overall complaints about the computer itself. But the parts that are pictured and listed on the box were not the exact same as what was inside of the case. Its to late now for me to do anything about it, but I feel pretty ripped off and will definitely be building my next pc and not buying from Bestbuy.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Worked great for a few weeks and then started rebooting for no reason until the blue screen of death appeared. Took in and after 4 days Geek Squad said I should just return it and they would order a replacement. Hoping the second one works, but already preparing to replace it

Really excited to buy this unit. Ran great for 20 days until I got blue screen of death and then a continued cycle of rebooting and blue screen. Took it back to Best Buy and they swapped it out for a new unit, same model. Three days later had the same issue. Would not buy an IBuyPower.

I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from Best Buy, hoping for a great gaming experience, but I was left extremely disappointed. The motherboard is subpar, causing issues with performance, and the Wi-Fi card is terrible—constant packet loss. I tried replacing two different simulators and two Wi-Fi cards, but nothing worked. The worst part was the customer service. I reached out to iBUYPOWER’s official email multiple times, but they completely ignored my inquiries. After waiting for two weeks with no resolution, I ended up returning the product to Best Buy. This was a huge waste of time and money. I will not be purchasing from iBUYPOWER again and would caution others about the poor quality and even worse support.

Eh. If its on budget sure. But, If you have the funds. I strongly urge you to get a custom version.

Power supply fried after 2 months. Lol. Everything else wss fine but it completely fried the power supply pretty quick. Save your money and build your own

Idk fits a little slow and really can’t handle 2 apps (gaming) at the same time. Not major games like csgo 2 and a typing game. Crashes every time.

Purchased this unit on 1-25-2025 and will return 1-26-2025. My first and last gaming pc. Power botton cable was lose and would not start right out of the box. Next found random screws in the case. PC finally booted up now it will freeze and blue screen just for opening any file, game, or start menu 50% of the time. If I do get the file or game to load I now had a 100% chance of freezing, blue screen of death and auto reboot.

Half the fans not working on arrival and store won't fix it without spending $180 on some tech program

I bought this computer and the first day i would not get any display needed to take it to geek squad and they confirmed the graphics card was not working. Needed to exchange. Other then that computer has been working good.

A product so bad I may never shop at BeatBuy again. First, the first box i opened had the wrong SSD. It was only a 1TB, not the 2. Returned the pc and exchanged for another. Opened it, and inside the pc had a TB SSD. These were the only 2 of this product that the store had. So I drove to a different store. Opened the box, and finally, the right SSD. 3 weeks later my GPU is dying. I can't play games on this pc anymore. It's basically a $1700 word processor. To make it worse, I'm 9 days outside of the return policy's time, so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Unfortunately missed the return date due to traveling. Cheap components, don't give the expected performance and the 2nd re-badged MSI PC which has blue-screen issues. Support have thus far failed to resolve the issues and I have lost work due to this thing blue-screening often. Stay well away.

Bought earlier in 2025 only to find out towards end of year its half off...

had to return 3 times, bluetooth, wifi, connections all bad

I purchased this on Sunday Dec 15th. Not even 4 hours in using the computer the blue screen pop up. On Monday the blue screen pop up again. On Tuesday the blue screen pop up again. On Wednesday the blue screen of death pop up and I was not able to do anything. I called BestBuy and they said I could return it and get a full refund. I did that.

Purchased this a few days ago for my son. It froze on the first boot; since then it has continuned to freeze. Searching around; this doesn’t seem to be an isolated event. Will be exchanging for a different unit (same model); will update the review once this has been completed.
