When the computer arrived and I opened the box, neither the mouse nor the keyboard came with it, I changed it by default and the new machine arrived without the proper connection on the power cable and I was forced to change it for a MacBook Pro

Had it for 2 months and the PSU went out and the only upside is ibuypower will fix it better than bestbuy.

Spent 1800 on a pc that can barely run been playing pc for years i know the ins and outs of them since ive had this pc which would be a month now constantly having issues with it freezing shutting off on its own and not running games the way it should

This was the first pre-built gaming desktop I've ever purchased and it's easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. It runs so smoothly, it's quiet, not to mention gorgeous! Whenever I have PC or laptop needs in the future, I'm definitely going to look for more from them

I bought a prebuilt PC from best buy and it was an Ibuypower. So far I have loved this pc. It runs everything I would want to run and the quality is amazing. You really get what youre paying for when it comes to pcs and I would highly reccomend an Ibuypower.

Zero problems so far. I added 32 gb of ram to get it up to 64. I am using this machine as a BIM Workstation and it is doing a fantastic job keeping up so far. It can also play any game you want on Ultra settings 4k. Not a lot of bloatware. The build is solid. The case is very pretty. Honestly, this is a great machine. Thank you for the great PC !

Love it so far! Its quiet and sleek, stylish, seems fast

Absolutely love my computer, Have been using it for months and I have no complaints. I am able to play all the games I want at a high level. First time playing the Spider Man gmae I was so happy becasue the graphichs were set higher then on my old laptop and the game was running better. I also loved that it came with a mouse and keyboard.

My last Gaming Desktop was an Alienware Aurora R9 and although it did serve me well for 5+ years, the airflow and temps in the upper 80s Celsius to 90s was damaging my parts. Eventually my motherboard gave out. After doing some research and talking to staff in person they suggested this pc. So far it has been amazing. Since it has water cooling, the temps on idle sit at around 27-30 Celsius. When playing games such as Sea of Thieves or Overwatch it rarely goes above 50 Celsius. As for gameplay, my experience for this past week or so has been smooth as butter and stress free. For what its worth this Pc has great specs, wonderful cooling and airflow, plenty of room for upgrades and runs really quiet. Without a doubt I Recommend this product to anyone either starting out in pc gaming or looking for a pc to jump in right away and possibly upgrade down the road. Only issues I've had thus far is some software problems with Microsoft 11 and some games that were acting up, I don't hold it against the pc as it could be Microsoft giving me issues last week.

Have had this for about 6 months now. I’ve played Cod, Baldurs Gate 3, Age of Empires 4, Tropico 5 and 6, as well as Vrising. Doesn’t break a sweat. Would buy again. I’m actually considering getting a second one for my girl friend. It’s quiet too. You can’t even hear the fans.

Got the computer, it is perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better system for the price I paid. If you are looking for a high quality computer for a decent price, I recommend this one.
