Fan way to annoying

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PWhile the PC performs well and delivers the expected power of a 4070 Super, the experience is severely undermined by one critical issue: the CPU cooler fan. The fan emits a constant, high-pitched humming noise that is incredibly irritating — so much so that it can be heard through headphones and causes headaches after just 15 minutes of use. Every time I power on the system, I’m immediately reminded of the unbearable hum. I even attempted to adjust the fan settings in the BIOS to reduce the speed, but the noise persists regardless of any changes. The fan runs constantly, even when the PC is completely idle. This has made the overall experience extremely unpleasant. For anyone considering this build or setup, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The performance might be solid, but the noise issue makes it nearly unusable for extended periods. You can get the same specs for $100 less from other retailers — without the headache (literally).
