Bought it for my son as Christmas gift. Very good decision

I wish i could give this 0 stars for this computer. I bought this computer and the 2nd day had to return it because of hardware issues . I swapped it out for another which then worked fine for 2 weeks before the cpu fans went out and I decided to exchange it for another. The 3rd pc lasted for the same time as the original as it messed up on the 2nd day due to a manufacturer product that was installed onto the motherboard messed up which shut the computer down the computer was basically unusable as it would shut down after 5 to 15 minuets and you could only hold the power button/unplug it to turn it off as it also turned off the monitor. I tried to factory reset it and the issue still happened when all that was installed on it was google chrome. I then went and got a refund the next day. This computer ran great while It worked but after the experience I went through it was not worth the hassle of returning it multiple times and still having issues. 2 weeks before

The system works well. It is a gaming pc, but it works well with graphic arts and video editing.

Absolute power house pre build PC with lots of power to play the most recent games on ultra settings.

I don’t understand how anyone could think that this is a great gaming desktop. It is cheaply built. The specs look good on paper, but in the real world this thing is horrible. They put such cheap dc fans in the case that you can’t even control them. The fans operate at full blast out of the box and absolute no way to adjust them. This may be good for a young kid with headphones on that doesn’t care about the fan noise, but for me total dealbreaker. As I pulled the rest of the computer apart to inspect it, I quickly realized just how cheaply built it was and where they cut corners throughout the entire build. after doing some research, it appears that they’ve been doing this for years. The MSI chipset installer failed during initial install also. Just a horrible experience and I was very disappointed. I’ll never buy another one.

Great gaming pc for the price, except graphics card has some serious flaws. After 4 months of use the graphics card would just lock up and wouldn’t reset unless you hard reboot the pc. Very disappointing and found out many other people with this card are having the same problems.

overall the pc is the best bang for your buck highly reccomend

Price is $100-$300 higher, the fan installed too tight against the case, made noise like breathing, up and down, strong and weak constantly. But you can only hear it if you are in a quiet room without loud music.

was good for 1 month and now this pc randomly shuts off after 10 minutes of gameplay on multiple games, when I first looked at settings no BIOS or Drivers where updated, sent my info to a computer tech and he said it looks like they boxed the pc got your 1600 dollars and shipped it didn't even bother to make sure it was up to specs... horrible design, when contacting geeksquad it will be 1 week for them to even look at it and they want 110 dollars just to "LOOK" and I mean just look at it no fixing nothing, contacted the support they want me to send the SN number so i did and they didn't even bother to email me back.. HORRIBLE PC not sure if its acting up because when I went to pick up the PC the worker grabbed it off the top shelf and literally let it drop on the floor Infront of me and said "oh well my bad it should be fine they pack these good and laughed".. if i knew about these issues i would not purchase please listen to me it seems like a great deal but thats for a reason i have multiple people who i game with and they have all had horrible experiences with IBUYPOWER pre builds. Please do not buy this PC you will be super excited like i was and then find out its JUNK.

GPU was shot out of the box. Probably bad luck but I probably won’t ever buy a prebuilt from them again because of my experience. It was super nice and well put together though.

Price for PC is great. I just had some annoying issues where I had to reseat the GPU, RAM, and HYTE GPU adapter for it to display on my monitors

Just bought this computer and was very happy until I started to hear some noise from the cooler when the cpu was running at the highest speed. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about just some air blowing noise from the fan which is very normal. I'm talking about some kind of hitting noise. It's either one of the fan is hitting something when it's running very fast or the liquid cooler's water pump is clicking for some reason. I'm just so disappointed because it's a brand new computer and already making that noise like it's 10 years old. Please make sure you test the fan noise before it's too late to return or exchange. You won't notice it until you run a very heavy work on your cpu. To test it out, you can run Cinebench multicore test and wait until it gets hot enough like about 5-10 minutes. Will exchange mine and see if it gets better. Other than that, the computer works great.

Computer is fantastic. Issue is the Intel 14th Gen CPU. Intel has a LOT of issues with that Generation of CPUs
