Came with no windows license, wasted 4 hours of my employee's time. A lot of money wasted. Called Best buy spoort and they wont talk to the guy to whom it was shipped but only to the card holder which is OUR company CEO. All for asking why this desktop came without licensed windows!! We jut paid 400$ out of pocket for new retail license. Was not worth talking to Best buy support when time is of essence. Just Beware while buying from Best Buy or iBuypower. Better off going to Dell.com or Lenovo

Nothing but problems I hate this pc havent had it a year.

Received this computer and I was having problems loading up the PC. Called to have it switched out and they said ok. When they received the one back they cancelled the exchange one and refunded the money. I called to get another one and they said they couldn’t send me another one.

Wish I could review bought on the 14th said delivered went through customer service no help but talk to fed. Ex no help there still waiting almost a month later no pc or refund I have gotten the other oc I bought just fine

PC didn't connect to the monitor straight out the box. I returned it. I'm not paying that much to debug a brand-new computer. PC powered up but does not connect to any of the Displayport or HDMI

I ordered online and picked up in store. Requested a gift receipt but was told not possible. The Bday was 9 days ago and the computer still has issues. This was obviously used and I paid for a new one. Bluetooth, WiFi, HDMI do not work.

Always pick up if possible. Shipping has been a nightmare and terrible experience. They sent the wrong PC with a totally different GPU than ordered.

Pc was extremely easy to set up out of the box and only took 20 minutes after I got it till my first boot. And majority of that time was on wire management. The pc runs extremely great and even has the capabilities to run vr which I'm looking into in the future. Overall, this is a very solid item.

I absolutely love this! Love the colors, it works really well with it being plugged into my tv since i do not have a monitor yet. When i bought it and brought it home, it was really easy to set up, it pretty much was all built in the box. I recommend this one to whoever is looking to get their first pc. I picked this pc also because I was told this would be very helpful in the long run, instead of buying a different pc and a year later getting a new one. they also have pre payment plans too!

for the price you get very good spec's and i feel like it is one of the best pre builds you can buy for the price, built very well.

This is my first time buying a pc from iBuyPower and it was a great experience! The PC I got was the Ibuypower Y40 with an RTX 4070. There was no problems with the PC, it just worked out of the box flawlessly! I am now able to work smoothly on 3D Animations using Maya, blender, unreal, and play all the newest games at the highest settings! I no longer play my Nintendo Switch or PS5 ever since I got this PC!!

This is an amazing computer. This ended up being cheaper than building myself, and everything works perfectly without having to go through the trouble.

I bought a pc just the other day and its amazing. For the price its honestly the best decision I could've made with the money. Would recommend.

I've had this pc for about a month, and I've seen no problem with it might be too early to judge but it's been incredible the cable management is on point Aswell as the wrapping. would definitely.

The performance is outstanding. Whether I'm gaming, streaming, or handling heavy workloads, this PC handles everything with ease. The frame rates in my favorite games are consistently high, and the system runs smoothly without any hiccups.

I have had the Y-40 for quite a bit and it works perfectly. Never had an issue.
